Q: I have full positions in the above except KXS and REAL. For available cash is there a stock that you like and would consider adding to this portfolio .

Q: I currently own AD and I'm down about 50%. Would you recommend selling AD and switch to BPY.UN?

If BPY.UN keeps its dividend rate, my total dividend yield would improve slightly. So I have a slight advantage on yield (if BPY.UN does not cut it yield).

Yet BPY.UN has more potential to bounce back up from the $12 level than AD from the $9+ level. The growth part is seemingly more in favour of BPY.UN. Would you recommend such a switch? Your opinion is much appreciated. Thanks.

Q: good morning, I am concerned that the move toward working from home and the probability that the trend will continue even after the pandemic crisis is behind us will have a negative impact on bpy given their exposure to the office space market.
Likewise they have significant holdings in shopping malls, and with the increase in online shopping are they likely to suffer a negative double whammy? Your thoughts are appreciated.

Q: I am underwater on these and would like to harvest the losses and re-buy after 30 days (or not). Can you suggest temporary replacements for each? Any of these names you would not buy after the 30 days and just add to others?
Please deduct as many questions as appropriate.
Thank you.

Q: I have held these for income and am down substantially. . All are in registered accounts. Are any of them in danger of bankruptcy? Are any worth holding and/or adding to at this time?
Thanks

Q: I am a Canadian and have built up a good position in BPY.UN during this sell-off. Their website says their distributions are to dividends but Flow Thru (income) and taxed in the hands of shareholders.

They supposedly issue T5013s.

Is it better to hold in RRSP/TFSA or non-registered?

If I am borrowing to invest in a non-registered, do you think the interest can be written off taxes like buying other securities can be?

Thank you

Q: I would like to add a mix of income stocks to my portfolio (for a 5-10yr hold) which has been primarily growth oriented and comprised of a number of 5i’s BE Model Portfolio names.
a) Could you please rank the above listed stocks for dividends with preference for long term yoield of at least 4-5%, and growth back to YTD highs over the next year or two. Moderate to high risk is okay.
b) List any particular concerns you see with any of them.
c) Your suggestions for 1-2 better names in the current market to represent sectors such as utilities, financials, Telecoms, Reits, and ndustrials would be much appreciated.
Thanks for your wisdom and guidance over these unprecedented times.
