Q: I was wondering if you could provide some insight on the stock LIF. Various people are suspecting that iron ore could go up and I am wondering if this is the time get in on this.
Thanks,
Thanks,
Q: Sorry for the unclear question earlier. Perhaps you could ignore or not publish it. I understand that LIM is doing the restructuring. How will this impact LIF? Is it worth keeping the royalty?
Q: LIF is down under 15.00 this AM. I understood that the Ex. Div. date was tomorrow. Is there some reason for the stock to be down today by such a large amount? Thank you for your previous reply and comment re this stock earlier this March
Q: Labrador Iron had a glowing report issued yesterday by RBC Any comment?Stock down again today Thank you
Q: Big drop in LIF yesterday. Is this related to the announcement that they will be requesting shareholder approval to allow flexibility to invest in metal or mineral royalties and issue shares to finance such investments? Does this mean investments beyond Iron Ore?
What do you think this means for the company short and longer term. I have been adding to my position recently and was planning another purchase to bring to a full position. Would this be a good time to add or wait for further weakness or move on.
This has been and will continue to be a long term hold for income and long term growth.

Q: LIF question of Jan 28,2015(asked by Gary):
Also, the bancruptcy filing by a customer with a take or pay railway contract affects LIF by about 125? million/year for the next 3 years. Also, the big expanding Australian producers (RIO, BHP) have costs of $40/ton.
Publish at your discretion.

Q: I own some and am down. I could sell and lick my wounds but it seems to be a good buy at this price. The PE is 8.4, there is no debt and the div is 5.2%. Is there more downside? Should I just sit and consider it an income stock?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Have held LIF for sometime for the dividend and eventual appreciation when raw material prices increase. The share price has dropped significantly in the past few weeks and I am thinking of buying some more at these low prices. Is the price drop due to something negative about the company or just market reaction to low Iron Ore prices. When do u see a turnaround in the Ore prices
Q: Could I have an update from your May comments on LIF. Thanks in advance.
Q: Hi Peter
I have held LIF for many years.
Could you or your team please give your appraisal of LIF.
The price has gone down steadily since Jan. Results were reported May 6. How were they in your opinion? Would you consider adding to a position at the current price?

Q: With all the questions about the Iron Ore mines in Wabush, what is your current opinion on LIF ?
Q: (Just trying to use-up my 24 questions!)
LIF moved-up 7.7% this week according to the Globe. I see LIF declared a dividend but the move seems too much for just the dividend. Metals seemed stronger last week. Is there any reason for the move?
It smells to me of insider trading...but this is just speculation on my part.
