Q: How much of Intertape's results were due to the $3 million insurance payout? It looked like some of their other metrics (cash flow etc) were down.
Thanks
Q: This Co. has excellent EPS grwth on TTM basis, almost 25% ROE, low debt & P.R.. Can you tell me more about their customers and whether this is a good long-term buy right now: dividend grwth & have they bought any co. lately. I need to diversify with an industrial - have none right now.
Would you please comment on ITP's latest earnings and what are your thoughts on this company going forward.
Even with today's drop of about 7% in early trading, I am still up by about 12% on this stock. If I liquidate my position, is there something you can recommend to replace ITP?
Q: What are your thoughts on Intertape's earnings. They report in US dollars so the shares appear attractively valued to me. Are there current underlying issues that would justify the low multiple (debt)? I know historically they have had their hiccups but am I correct in assuming these are mostly behind them?
Q: In every question you are asked comparing different stocks to itp you rank it last.it is buying back stock has an activist pushing for change it is increasing the dividend regularly. My question is why do you rank it so poorly. Dave
ITP, is coming down lately, and I been looking into it for a possible long term investment for about 5% of my holdings. My investment brokerage have it at 15.6x time earnings and undervalued. It pays a US dividend which is approximatelly 40% of cashflow (I could be wrong here) which seems safe and they have been increasing it. Do you recommend it? If yes or no can you tell me why?
Q: The dividend increase is nice but looks like the South Carolina plant is a bit of a mess, looks like someone got wind of this before the rest of the market. What are you thoughts is this still worth holding or get out and see how things shake out over time?
Price of ITP had dropped by about 20% over just the last 2 months in spite of the lower Canadian dollars and energy costs. Just wondering what's your take on this company. Also, can you comment on the upcoming release of its 2015 Q1 results.
