Q: Looking to consolidate the number of these dividend payers down to only two,max three.
I would appreciate your ranking,in order,of these that would provide best sustained dividends paid, while preserving capital value.

Q: hi
Joe asked about your top ten juicy dividend payers. Some are barely in the 3% zone.
Are you preferring these because of safety? Growth?
Are the higher yields from the names I listed at risk of cuts? There are quite a few out there yielding 5% +
Thoughts on these higher yield names?
Thank you!!

Q: Hi,

I currently own CANEXUS CORPORATION CONV.UNSEC SUB SER V DEBS 12/31/20 6.0000. With the takeover of Canexus by Chemtrade I tendered my bonds to CHE and then time passed and nothing happened. When I contacted my broker iTrade they sent me the following from the CHE website:

The final report provided by the depositary at the expiration of the Offers indicated that an aggregate principal amount of
C$19,475,000 CEI Series V Debentures had been tendered to the Series V Offer and an aggregate principal amount of C$12,576,000
CEI Series VI Debentures had been tendered to the Series VI Offer. Accordingly, as the conditions to the Offers had not been
satisfied as of the expiration time of the Offers, Chemtrade will not accept any tendered CEI Debentures for payment. All CEI
Debentures tendered pursuant to the Offers will be returned to the tendering debentureholder.***

So, where does this leave me as a Canexus bond holder and is there anything I should do or do things just continue as before?

Please advise.

Thanks

Sheldon

Q: Team,
I hold both of these ( retired income investor) and wondered if you could add any comments with respect to each as a longer term hold for growth and dividend safety and are there any ther companies in this space that like better or just as well?

Q: Just to clarify, my question below is about CUS.DB.D

Just wondering what your thoughts are on the offer to redeem the 3 Canexus debentures. As an income seeking investor, should one accept the cash offer or keep the 6.5% debentures until the end of term? Pros and cons? I was also wondering if one doesn't accept the cash offer, will there be a secondary market for these debentures? Will the convertible feature remain in place? Thanks for all your help.
