Q: Could you please do a deeper dive into this particular paragragh from the 9 months results. "
Net income decreased by $84.7 million to $500.3 million for the nine-month period ended October 31, 2022, compared to $585.0 million for the nine-month period ended October 31, 2021. The decrease in net income was primarily due to the unfavourable impact of the foreign exchange rate variation on the U.S. denominated long-term debt, partially offset by a higher operating income and lower net financing costs."

Q: Hi!
The recent market decline has likely created buying opportunities. Would you be able to list about 20 companies that are "cheap" right now and back-up-the-truck-able?

Q: I'm thinking about selling some of my 8.4% WSP weighting and buying more DOO to increase my weighting to 3%. Would you endorse this move? 2 or 3 weeks ago DOO was down due to a cyber attack and today up 10% due to great numbers...frankly I'm a little dizzy with all this bouncing around. None-the-less DOO seems to be an excellent company. WSP is also an excellent company but the ride seems less bouncy. By-the-way I bought WSP due to 5i"s recommendation. Up 360% to date - so thanks!

Q: Morning 5i team, thanks for all the great advice you supply to the members.
I have $50K to invest and would like your advice. This is what I’m currently holding in my non registered account.

Canada
AC, BYD, GSY, LSPD, SHOP, TDB3098, TOI
US
AAPL, SQ, CRWD, CSX, ETSY, MA, MSFT, NVDA, PYPL, UXI, ROBO, U

Considering my high exposure to Tech and your last market update, I might need to consider more consumer cyclical and financial stocks as well as others to balance the portfolio. I’m looking to have a mix of growth and value holdings.

I would appreciate your recommendations on new Canadian or US acquisitions and possible entry points. Can you recommend one of two of the US Tech stocks to sell and replace it with GOOG.

Please take as many credits a you see fit.

Thanks
Joe

Q: Good day 5i,

As always love the work. Flash reports etc! What a huge boon.

Having a balanced portfolio. Moving a Canadian component to my non-registered account. Will trim and shuffle accordingly.

Top 5 must have longterm holds. Over 5yr-20yr

3 undervalued buys right now. Reason? Entry?

Please deduct appropriately!

Thank you very much.
