Q: 1) For these listed firms, which ones have the strongest link to the nuclear energy field?
2) I have a fair sized holding in WSP but am eager to branch out for diversification purposes to either STN or ATRL. I see from other questions, 5i's seems to favour STN as a compliment to WSP. How strong is STN in the nuclear field (their website suggests some capability)?
With thanks.

Q: The Alberta Premier is talking about getting a private company(s)
to build a pipeline to link the resources of Alberta to BC Province
I have all the pipelines in my portfolio
in terms of construction, would WSP, Stn and any other companies benefit from
this Big Project? just like linking the West to the East pipeline which could happen
to benefit all Canadians
good luck to the projects
thanks
Michael

Q: Hi,

Could you provide a list of promising companies, in order, both Canadian, U.S. and international, for a strong growth in the next five years in the infrastructure field ?

gratefully,

Q: ATRL hit a new high yesterday because they somewhat exceeded expectations and growth is forecast. Have your thoughts on ATRL changed? Certainly the company still has some legacy problem projects / debts but they seem to be resolving them. There appears to be growth, relating to CANDU nuclear reactor refurbishment inside Canada and new reactors in located in Romania. Romania is a member of the European Union but there is governance instability with the leading candidate being described as anti EU, anti NATO, Moscow (& Trump) friendly etc.

I have owned WSP for over 10 years now so I am well ahead but my weighting is still reasonable so I'm not looking to sell. I also have my doubts about ATRL but it is undeniable that the stock has positive momentum now so it is of interest to me to broaden out my construction engineering basket. ATRL is doing better but it is going to require continued strength in CANDU nuclear work to stay successful. I don't think the government of Canada will pull the plug on ATRL, the engineering talent is already inside ATRL but Romania maybe is a wild card.

Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

Q: In my TFSA I hold 25 diversified stocks. I am considering increasing two of the these three stocks to full position (ATRL, NTR or MG) for 2+ years hold. Which two would you suggest?
Thanks

Q: I sold half my holdings in BDT and ARE in December, in a TFSA, with a nice profit. Both are down quite a lot since then. I was planning to buy back to average down. Or take position in more stable stocks like STN or ATRL. How would you rank these 4 for new purchase? in a registered or regular account? Would any of these be more at risk with US politics ? I already own WSP and NOA. Thanks a lot.

Q: Can you please provide some thoughts on its recent softness. Other stocks like WSP and STN have held up relatively much better, during the current market setback. Stock price is now off over 20% + from its recent high of $84 and and continues to be in a downtrend. Is present valuation expensive, compared to its peers ?

We have a 2.5% holding with an ACB of $73. Do you see potential for recovery in the stock price or should we let it go ? Please support your view with reasons to hold or sell.

Thank You

Q: Hello, I am wanting to increase my TFSA Industrial sector from 12% to 15%. I presently hold ATRL CP MDA and DRX. Which would be better addition RTX or ATS? Another thought is add RTX and replace DRX (down 30%) with ATS. I do hold for longer term. Thanks for any comments.

Q: A few months ago you rated WSP, STN, and ATRL in that order; is this still the case?

BNN pundits have touted WSP's experience in power infrastructure and ATRL's in nuclear reactors, and given the scale of the projects involved, these competences should matter (particularly as concerns nuclear.)

In your database, WSP stands apart from the others w/rt both market cap and margins, ATRL shows lower debt/equity, while STN shows the best ROE - yet they all show elevated P/E metrics such that one might wonder if their appreciation potential were already baked-in.

Q: Hello team,
What is your view on a AtkinsRealis and Descartes Group? Are they both buys? Recently AtkinReaslis released very good results so was thinking of adding to my position. Thanks very much

Q: I have less than 1% positions in the above companies and am trying to reduce holdings. Can you please rank them buy, sell or hold. Thanks Stew

Q: I read that ATRL owns a nuclear energy plant. I also read that many climate change groups have now accepted that nuclear energy is the future. Atkins-Realis stock price has gained almost 25% in the past 2 months. What is fueling the stock price change? How much value to you put on its nuclear plant with respect to its recent and potential future gain?
Thank you very much
