Q: TransForce seems oversold here. what do you think?
Q: Your opinion on this company please, especially regarding the sale of their waste mgmt business
Q: Peter and Team:
I am down about 20% on full position of TFI. Sector weightings are good. I was wondering what the prospects for TFI are and if perhaps I should take the hit on TFI and put the proceeds and double up on BIN.
Long term hold. Unregistered account.
Thanks
Phil

Q: Hi. TFI has dramatically underperformed UNS. Is the valuation that much more attractive for UNS or do you think TFI will finally get out of its funk.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: I have been a holder of Transforce for several years. My thesis for hanging on to it is that the company participates to some degree in the growth of ecommerce. I believe strongly in the future of ecommerce, but find it hard to find reasonably priced companies in that area to invest in. That is why I have invested in a shipper rather than the Amazons of the world. My questions are:
1) do TFI earnings in fact have a significant correlation to ecommerce or is that more apparent than real?
2) is FDX a buy right now on the ecommerce thesis? always seems out of my valuation and dividend is so low!
3) are there any other companies out there that you would recommend that fit into this theme (they don't have to be a shipper, I have looked there only because I like earnings and a dividend in the stocks I buy)
Cheers and good luck fellow investors!

Q: Good morning team, I was doing so well w/TFI, but not anymore. Technically, chart looks awful! Any reason you know why? Would this be a good time to add?
Thanks a lot!

Q: I wonder if you could comment on TFI. I thought the stock would get a boost from low energy costs, but the stock has stalled and I see BMO downgraded it yesterday. What do you think?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: Hello,
I just found out that instead of getting shares of Transforce (TFI)the CSS stock was sold and I got cash.
Do you recommend buying TFI at the current price?
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

Q: I noticed that Trimac was one of your top picks on BNN and wondered if I should sell Transforce and buy Trimac. I am an income investor. Thanks for your thoughts.
Q: Peter is your shop expected to provide research on Transforce (TFI) in the near future ? Thank you kindly for your reply.
Q: TFI/CSS
About 4 weeks ago I was preparing to add a position of CSS into my non registered portfolio. This is about the time the TFI take over came to light. My question now is should I wait for the dust to settle? Depending on outcome would TFI be a better choice for this sector, and if given stock price would now be the time to add a position?
Thanks

Q: Hello Peter,
Need your guidance in deciding between TMA and TFI. I realize they are not in the same league in terms of Market Cap, but I feel more comfortable with the fundamentals in place with TMA. However, I am seeing momentum building with TFI and like their forward plan. Which do you see as having the best forward value and / or the best potential for growth?
Thanks as always for your help!

Thanks

Q: I know that you 'like' Transforce TFI as do I. My purchase price was $17.03 so I am up roughly 35.5% plus the dividends. I hold 500 shares.
My question whether you think that it is worth adding to my position sort of averaging up rather than down.
Thanks for the input!

Q: I would like to get your opinion on a few poor performers in my portfolio (they are the majority of my holdings). I have had Trans Force for a year now. I bought TLB recently. COM was one of the best performers on my watch list, then had a shore issue and the stock dropped, and I purchased it, but it continues to drop. Are any of these still worth holding? I noticed from reading your questions and from watching the news that CSU was downgraded. Do you think that it is a buying opportunity?
Thanks for your great advise,
Dennis

Q: I am a new member and familiar with Peter through Sprot Growth. I hold SUM and TFI. They seem to be poor performers. I have not read a lot of negative reports about them. What do you think?
