Q: Lot of people seem interested in TVK, current valuation, and if it's worth starting a position. Could you please answer the same for BN and TOI? Given current prices, what would be a good entry point price in your view? Thank you again!

Q: Holding the following Financial sector stocks: BAM, BN, BNS, GSY, PRL, SLF, TD, X for a total of 20% in TFSA & RIF combined. Would like to reduce # of holdings to 5 or 6 and Financial % to about 15% . Your comments/suggestions/alternatives on the following setup would be appreciated:
RIF = HMAX, BAM, X
TFSA = BN, GSY (or BN, PRL or BN, PRL, GSY??)
As always, thank you for helping to provide clarity.

Q: Good morning,

As a newbie to wealthsimple. Just trying it out. I see they do private equity and private credit.

Is this something worth looking at as a portfolio grows for added diversification?

Do you know much about their capital partner and it's history. Looking for some quality direction here from the pros.

Thank you.

Q: If you owned BEP and BN, do you think it's worth selling BEP to buy BN as a replacement? I understand is that BEP pays BN a lot in fees, and that would be the smarter play in the longer run. What would you think of that? What are people saying about the cagr growth over the next few years? For example, if BEP is expected to grow up to 12%, but BN is expected to grow at 18%, BN would probably be the better choice. Is that logical thinking at all? Thank you!

Q: Hello Team,

Looking at updating/rejigging my TFSA account, are you able to rank the above stocks from 1 - 12, looking at a 3 year hold. These are a mix of some I hold and some I want to purchase. Not worried about size, risk and or industry. Thanks.

Q: Good morning 5i
You recently published an excellent report on which companies to buy in view of upcoming interest rate cuts. Most of them were companies with dividends and struggling with debt.

If you were to buy a no dividend or low divident Canadian company today, what would it be? Or, perhaps three, ordered from first choice to last?
Thanks

Q: Hi Team,
Two part question. Firstly, like a fool I sold out of crwd at the worst possible time during the selloff in anticipation of more bad news and to raise cash in the overall sell off. Ever since it seems to be on a steady rise back up. Is it time to buy back the shares or should I wait until after earnings?
Second; do you see any compelling buys out there today to put new cash to work? If so what are some of your favourite names to purchase today Canadian and US. I was looking at adding to propel possibly …it boggles me it had such strong results and a muted share price ; not sure why but it seems undervalued. Same with go easy but I am already over weight in that one.

Thanks ,
Shane
