Q: I have listed the small/med/cap companies I have on my watch list and am seeking your advise as to which three companies you would recommend my investing in from this list. (or some other that I have not listed) Many of these companies you have recommended on BNN. I look forward to your answer.

Q: In replying to Jim regarding PLI being halted you mentioned that the company had issued a press release indicating there were no material events to account for the drop. The last press release listed on PLI's website is dated Feb 6. Neither the website of TSX nor IIROC mention PLI's press release. Where did you see it? Is it available to the general public? If so can you tell me where?
Thanks

Q: Hi Team, I echo the others to say thanks re: TNC, I have doubled my investment. I will replace with 2 different holdings and would like something of the same risk dynamic. In my small/cap higher risk category, I own PHO and a half position of DBO (down 35%). I also own PLI and LTE. I am up on everything except DBO. You have suggested ITC, which I don't yet own yet, is there another holding that you could suggest that would fit the description of a good quality company with growth potential, although higher risk? Should I add the other half position of DBO? Thanks as always.

Q: I realize that I have a poor understanding of how to value "pre-sales" biotech companies such as TR. How is a quantitative value placed on them - I assume it is based somehow on the potential market share of the company in the specific area they are developing drugs for, as well as the size of that market and the risk of getting product to commercial trade. But this seems all very subjective. For example, TRIL has traded all over the map, the value can seem to double or be cut in half based on some combination of risk profile vs. potential. For the average retail investor, how does one go about trying to value these companies, or is is better to wait until sales start to happen and then try to value to company on sales projection? Other examples could be PLI, or one I'm still trying to forget from years past, ISA. I'm wondering if these types of companies have a place in a responsible portfolio even one is "high growth" oriented?

Q: I read your summary back in December on MSL. It was not flattering. As you expected the stock continues to languish. Are there other Companies in this space you would prefer and would you sell MSL (small holding) to buy it?
