Q: Is there any positives in there latest Quarter???
Q: Does the legal action started have any possibility? Most of these issues end up dying a slow death. Shareholders have been deceived but whether there is sufficient fact here is questionable as is the usual response of the TSX and authorities to simply allow managements actions that are clearly against minority shareholders wishes. It would be nice to see some teeth in investor law.

The shares are currently trading at 035 cents and the offer would provide the additional shares at around a tenth of a cent (if my calculation is correct) This sounds like one of those deals that is too good to be true but I am not 100% convinced. What do you think

Q: Why is the stock holding at .05 when the restructuring set at .015?
Q: I have PLI shares in my TFSA and RRSP. Will they be eligible to participate in the rights offering and does the financial transaction occur within these accounts.
Q: Shareholders of Prometic are being offered a rights issuance where each existing share owned will allow you to buy 20 shares at 1.5 cents. It is trading at 7 cents now real time. Am I missing something or should I jump at the deal. I thought the trading price would instantly come down to the dilution price mentioned in the release.
Q: Prometric announced a restructuring today , It seems like a lot of parts to it.
Can you explain the elements to it and point out the positives and negatives to the deal.

Q: Prometic is refilling an amendment to the BLA for plasminogen in H2 2019. If approved this orphan drug with fast track designation comes with a priority voucher possibly worth 100 million. Lazard has 2 deals to close in H2 as well which depend on approval. That said they need cash badly and announced an eminent debt restructuring. There at 20 cents today. What's your best guess on what happens to the float and share price after this. Do they have to give the company away at these to raise 100 million when possibly 200 million is coming their way this year.
Q: What are thoughts on the recent quarter, seems the market is scared of a another disaster restructuring deal that BXE is doing.

PLI took a deep dive today. Any particular reason why? I sold them at a loss a couple of months ago and wondered if it's worth getting back in once they hit bottom. I keep thinking there may be money to be made with this stock. Have they hit a bottom or do you think there is still some downside?

I have been holding PLI for quite a while and I was down 50% as of a few days ago. They've been surging in the last couple of days and now I'm only down 38%. Is this the time to get rid of it or do you think there's a reason to hold on. Is there any news as to why they are moving up?

Q: The share price is at 28 cents today. Does this not make the company an attractive takeover target. That's about 210 million with no premium and there first FDA drug is just around the corner with a priority voucher attached. I don't think their going broke with Thompson backing.
Q: I have noted your critical comments from time to time about PLI management. We who have held this stock patiently for years and years share your frustration. But I think those who study the amazing product they are trying to licence realize it could well be a game changer for the sick people yearning for a cure. Anyone who buys into the drug field knows the process is long and tedious but if successful the prize is huge. So I am not sure it is fair to blame management for the delays; I think the system is what it is and we who believe in the product must sit and wait. I would appreciate your thoughts on my observations.
