Q: Hi 5i Team - Could you provide an update on the fundamentals of Mirasol Resources including cash on hand, cash flow, etc. as well as potential for growth through new discoveries and/or acuisitions This company has done little over the past couple of years as far as stock price. If I were to sell is there a replacement you would recommend. Thanks.

Q: Although your focus is not junior resource companies would you be able to provide me with an update on Mirasol resources. In particular the president and CEO has resigned and been replaced. Also Oceana Gold has terminated its options agreements for two of the projects. In your opinion do either of these recent announcements raise a red flag. There is also a new independent director appointed but I'm not sure what that position means.
Also could you provide information on their cash position, insider holdings and recent buying or selling, and any fundamentals that you might consider important.

Q: Mirasol Resources had a huge price drop today from $2.41 to $1.40 and then closing at $1.98 substantially down from the previous close. Yet I can't find any news to cause this. Just wondering if you can find anything that would cause this large one day movement. Also would you be able to provide your latest assessment of this company. I realize this is not within your regular sphere of companies you cover but any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter and Team - Would you be able to give me an update on Mirasol Resources, regarding both their balance sheet and their properties. This is one of Brent Cook's recommendations. I have seen him interviewed on BNN a few times and have been quite impressed with his knowledge and general approach to investing in junior gold companies. Am just wondering if you have had any experience with his success in this field. Thanks.
