Q: My specific question is on CXR: Concordia Health. It is down 16% over last 5 days and I can find no reason for it. I have searched my best sources--CNW, the TSX site, Google Finance and Globe and Mail and cannot find anything---is there a problem?

My general question is on length of time or % down something goes before I take action if I can find no reason for the change in valuation. I have at times used 10% as I thought that should elminate most market action. Is there a number you would recommend?

Q: What is your opinion on the Knight Therapeutics (GUD) financing at $3.50? The market seemed to act favourably today as it reached $4.50. Mr Goodman retains a significant ownership but do you see this stock trending lower when the financing closes on March 19th and these new shares can be sold for a quick profit?

Thank you

Q: Hi - Gear Energy GXE just released an update and indicated a NAV of $4.23 I noted they are trading right at this price - my question is what is a typical price to NAV ratio in this sector and in this case would GXE be considered under valued? Thanks -terrific service you provide.

Q: Good Morning Peter and Team,
I have been taking a look at Macro Enterprises (MCR- TSXV). Upon reading the most recent Ink Insider report I noticed that one of the two founders (Mark Dodge) has recently been selling down his stake in the company. However the other founder (Frank Miles) still owns about 30% of the outstanding shares. Being a value oriented investor (However I am slowly coming around to your philosophy) I believe that MCR looks cheap with compelling long term prospects to boot. The recent insider selling may explain some of the recent weakness in the share price. What is your opinion of this company ??? Thank you for your help. DL

Q: Greetings 51 on this cold, now blustery day.
My question is on Martinrea. Is there any updated information regarding their legal troubles. I note there was a new director appointed in January. What is your opinion of this stock. Certainly it seems to be an excellent time for other partsmakers. Any chance MRE can make strides to join the party?
Thank you

Q: Good day Peter and phenomenal team. "E" Enterprise Group has a halt due to an equity financing with Genuity Capital for 12m shares at $1. What impact do you feel this will have on the stock. What is the upside/downside ramifications of the financing, and the financing at $1.00 as the shares have been trading well above that pricing? Appreciate your answer and all that you do for us "little guys"!

Q: Enterprise Group (E.TO) announced yesterday a $12m equity financing and than same day increased it to $24m. What could be the reason for such an increase? Can we assume that the underwriters are quite comfortable with E prospects? Also could you provide their report day and rev/EPS estimate for Q4 and 2013?
Thank you
