Q: Regarding Concordia Healthcare (CXR): do you suspect there could be headwinds against companies that employ "inversion" as a means of growing their earnings per share, as this strategy may appear "gimmicky".

If public sentiment turns against inversion stories, do think companies like Concordia could be affected?

Lastly, could you provide us with CXR's earnings per share estimates for this quarter?

Q: Hi,

I am planning on adding a tech stock to my portfolio.

Between qcom, open text and cgi which would be your preferred stock. I am already overweight CSU in the portfolio.

The correction in qcom makes it attractive in terms of valuation, OTC had a fabulous quarter and cgi has a promising outlook.

Q: Hi Peter,
Points International (PTS) announced earnings last night and results beat estimates on both eps and revenues. Company had revenue YOY growth of 68% and seem to be executing quite nicely on their strategy in the loyalty market. What are your thoughts on their results? Do you believe this investment would require a longer term horizon (2-4 years)? And do you believe this company has room for further growth in terms of company performance and shareholder value?

Q: I read this morning that CGI was able to generate 1.1 billion of cash flow, surprising analysts positively. They reduced their debt by 500 million. Earnings per share met expectations. Valuation is at 16.5x trailing earnings. Now that the debt and cash flow concerns are gone, it seems to be the perfect time to buy. What do you think about earnings?
