Q: Will Nvidia suffer any adverse effects from this British Exit? I thought you had hinted as much about a week ago in an answer to someone, but can't find that answer! ... It was only a tangential hint that I may have misunderstood. Thanks!

Two questions.
I have held both these for some time in my wife's LIRA account. She can not access this for about 12 years, so a long term hold is very possible. Have held these for a couple years. Both are down about 10%, I have held on because I see the ETF as a long term play on our aging population, and ACHN (hopefully you have a little info with this) as a risky but likely takeout target down the road. I have trimmed this one down and made a bit of $ in another account with it, so it isn't as bad as it looks.
Looking back, which is always easy, there are better options, however I am in now and wondering if I should stay the course.
Don't mind volatility, actually kind of drawn to it. Any thoughts?

Q: I own Hertz in my US Margin Account and I am down 49%. Down more than 9% on Friday alone.
I am advised of a reverse split ( never good ) combined with a 1 for 5 spinoff of Hertz's Equipment Division . Should I hang on , or should I run.
Come to think of it, I often get ripped off by car rental companies.

Q: Priceline is getting murdered today (down over 11%), because of their exposure to Europe - both in terms of revenues and currency exchange - which are assumed to be negatively impacted by the BREXIT vote. At the same time, it is on a growth path, its PE is really not that high for such a solid company, and I can't help but wonder if the sell-off today is overdone. Do you think this is a good entry point into PCLN?

-low downside risk
-good div. preferably from Canadian companies
-reasonable sustainable companies
-no banks or telecoms

I own full positions in :
BAC. GE, GM, JPM ,MSFT.

Canadian:
MFCSF - FULL POSITION DOING WELL
WPG.US - 0.5 POSITION
WPTIF.US 0.5 POSITION

1.THINKING OF INCREASING WPG.US OR AND WPTIF, or adding STD.US
2.GETTING SMALL POSITIONS IN BP,RDS.A, CAT
3.might also consider magna MGA:NYSE, as it seems very good value ?
4.WHICH COMPANIES MIGHT YOU RECOMMEND IN LIGHT OF THE ABOVE

I am using SHERWIN-WILLIAMS CO as an example. I like to use ROE as one of the main numbers I look at before I buy a stock, is there a point when a high ROE is a concern. SHW has a ROE of 145 ( according to my RBC banking brokerage info) is this too high? At what level do red flags come up and what causes extremely high ROE. What statistics do you look at and could you rank them for their importance in your check list.
