Q: Do you think the drop today provides an opportunity to pick up a position in this stock? Thanks
Q: Hi
Why aren't the tech companies participating in this after election market rally?

Q: I see your last update on SSW was in August (when it was trading for $14/share). Many things have changed in the shipping business since then. Could I have your thoughts please as it is now into the single digit space.
Thanks for the election commentary special, was appreciated.

Q: Is it time to sell UnitedHealthcare and switch into IBB? Would a defense stock be more appropriate (weightings aside) and if so which one?
Q: Why did it take such a hit because of Trump?
Q: I am up nicely with BAC. I got in when our dollar was stranger against the US. My question is should I get out now and switch to a Canadian bank to take advantage of the gains I've made on the currency side of things? Or do you think I'm safe to let it ride a while because we will continue to see a weak Canadian dollar?
Q: Please name a couple of pharma stocks that could rally with the election results. Thanks!
Q: Would you still consider American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings a buy after it's recent acquisition. It's now loading up on debt. I am curious to see if your thoughts changed, and if it would be considered a good tax loss selling candidate for a mid December pick up?
Thank you,
Thank you,
Q: I am interested in the bank because of its growth prospects. It is located in North Carolina which is booming. What is your opinion please?
Q: I also need to increase my telcom exposure. what do you you suggest between these three: BCE, T and IYZ-N?
Q: Hello team, was hoping to get your view on the following four companies. The first three look to be possible tax loss candidates for the year and could be worth picking up in December. I am curious to see how you rank them. Thank you,

Q: I just ran across AB in one of my screens. They seem very stable over the long haul. What are your thoughts for income and some growth. Thank-you.
Q: Please summarize this company wrt the dividend and overall health
Q: I am trying to determine if the following makes sense . I can buy Nxpi today at about
98.70( last trade) , Qcom has an offer of 110 closing end off 2017. I have not read anywhere the suggestion the takeover will not occur or that there are any government concerns.
In my truly humble opinion it looks like an easy way to make a guaranteed 10 plus percent on my money over a year.
Thus the issue.. Can it be that easy.
I suppose there is always a chance the deal can be terminated up until the cash is transferred , and if so Nxp get 2.5 billion .
I think the risk reward here is toward the reward.
Your comment would be appreciated

Q: Hello,
What do you think of investing in American regional banks to take advantage of a rate hike? Would you agree with the thesis ?
Do you have any individual names you like? Or you would go with an ETF? And for the latter, which of the two etf's would be your preference?
Thank you
KR

Q: Good morning,
Looking to clarify with regards to the Vanguard Dividend Appreciation etf's for an rrsp- if one wishes to have a currency effect( vis a vis US: Cdn dollar)they should purchase "VIG, or if looking to hedge and only feel the effects of the equity movements then purchase "VGG"? Also is there an equivalent for the IWO? Looking to add both to my portfolio and looking to see if they are a good complement.
With thanks,
Brad
