Q: ATVI - Milan on October 15 questioned about ATVI and you said it was fine to buy. Also on October 15 there was an article that ATVI along with a joint venture with other companies were going to put 500 Veterans to work. Following that, over the next 2 days the stock dropped over 10%. Your thoughts on this drop.
TEAM - On October 19 John asked a question about the quarterly results, and you indicated you were fine with the results. Over the next 2 days, the stock dropped over 10%. How come?
Would I be better to sell ATVI and TEAM and add it to my holdings of ILMN and SQ? Thanks Dennis.
Q: I still like Celgene, but I'm considering harvesting a tax loss on it. What pharma stocks would you recommend I replace it with? Or would you wait the 30 days and hope to buy CELG back at a similar level again? I think every ounce of bad news is baked into it and so it might have some big upside if things like the patent fight on Revlimid work out in CELG's favor.
Q: Question 1 - TEAM has announced quarterly results and can you comment this.
Question 2 - There is reference to IFRS and Non IFRS financial information.
I find this confusing. On one basis the results appear good, on the other not so good. I feel more comfortable with the Non IFRS reporting. Can I discount discount/ignore the IFRS method or is this the wrong thing to do.
Appreciate your guidance.
John
Q: Hi 5iResearch Team,
Credit Suisse downgraded HD from outperform to neutral today. Would you please comment on this downgrade and if HD is a buy, sell or hold given this downgrade.
Cheers,
Q: Greetings. Merck seems to be having a great run and has gotten really expensive. Is this a case of letting your winners run or is it time to switch into something like ABBVIE that is significantly cheaper and has good growth expectations for the next couple of years?
Q: Hi Team, sold my shares of RHT this morning. Transferring remaining capital from sale to US RRSP for another healthcare name. Someone on T.V last night was screaming Medtronic for a buy ,from my own readings and research I see Stryker as a good choice. Between the 2 which has a better growth profile. Which would you choose. I own ABBV and BDX for a total healthcare exposure of 17%. I Thank-you in advance! Like usual,......Great work team! Sam
