Q: Gentlemen,
I own RHT (now 0.55%, -19%) on margin account.
I own COV (1%, +50%) GUD (1%, -8%), and 2 US ETF, IBB 1%, XBI 1%, on others none margin accounts.
I have cash (1.5%) to add to the HC sector.
Selling RHT, I will have 2% cash to buy.
I want to buy one US growth stock on H.C space.
Which one you suggest today.

Q: COR, the US data center REIT, is down 7% in the first 2 hours today . There was one downgrade---just one analyst (Cowen). I have searched for other news and found none. I don't have the Cowen report; perhaps you have access? Other analysts have not reported anything negative. And neither is there any other news [ yet] that I could find to justify the suden report. Granted, based on just numbers alone COR did look overvalued, and Robos did conclude that as they are based on just robotic (automated) analytics. So, what has changed? It is tempting to buy COR.(the Ex-div is a couple of days yet holders are dumping). Clearly , the market knows something that has not yet been reported. What gives, do you know/can you tell? Does Cowen have THIS much impact? I doubt that, so there must be something else surely? What is your view on today’s price on this US REIT? You have favored COR.us in the recent past.
