Q: May I please have your latest view on GRUB? I note DoorDash has very recently surpassed it as the top on-demand food delivery service in terms of dollars spent, and its increase in share seems to have come almost entirely at GRUB's expense. I have only a very small position, made much smaller over the past few months. Time to move onto one of the many better (or better behaving!) opportunities out there?

Q: Hi there,

My questions is about xlre and SRET and the degree of risk associated with these 2 stocks. I currently have xlre and was thinking taking 20% of my position and investing in SRET - 1. for the higher dividend and 2. for the international exposure. Both would be held in a 401K and i only pay 2.95 a trade so taxes and trading fees aren't really a consideration.

Q: Morning Team,
Can you recommend top 2 US pipelines with dividends please ! I have Canadian pipelines such as IPL, ENB,TRP and PPL. of all my 4 Canadian Pipelines total just over 8% of my portfolio. Thinking to add 3% of US pipelines.
