Q: NRZ.us (New Residential). I have a loss on this holding. Share price has been more volatile lately. Although I subscribe to some premium data services , I have not been able to determine (not for sure) whether private placement(s) --- shares and/or debt--- depressed NRZ’ share price. Is this company a reasonably good holding based on what Bloomberg gives for : PEG ratio, Debt levels , ttm and forward P/E and dividend sustainability ? Would you surmise from your terminal whether or not NRZ.us has reasonably good prospects? Although I have checked data on sites I subscribe to, I am getting different data and differing ratios for trailing and forward P/E , debt to equity, and whether share or debt issues actually took place within the last month or two.

Q: Is Walmart getting a bit ahead of itself, baheving like a 2017 tech stock? I am considering selling at these levels. What growth plans and strategies justify the price right now? It seems to me being able to stay competitive with Amazon is not enough to justify its current value. Can it grow into it over the next year or 2?

Q: I have 24k US to deploy in my TFSA account. My question is 2 fold.
Looking at a 3-5 year time horizon.
1)Should I keep the money is US $ or convert to CAD$
2)In view of the aforementioned time line what securities constitute a unquestionable buy at the moment.

Q: Hi 5i,

Knowing that the US is not your focus, I would still value your opinion.

I have 30% of my portfolio in cash sitting in a USD margin account and I would like to invest in etfs for the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100; could you please suggest etfs that do not pay any yield? I am also looking at IPAY and IWO for some diversification, would you be okay with this? Would there be any significant overlap in all these etfs? What percentage weighting would you have for more growth, medium to high risk tolerance and long term hold ?
