Q: Hi Peter and Ryan,
I contributed some money into my RRSP account. I would like to have 5-8 Canadian and US names that I can invest. The investment is for a long term but it is also nice to have some short-term appreciation. Can you please recommend?

Q: I have a friend late 70 having a comfort zone of having 50% of his wealth in money market fund(during the last 10years has lost money on bonds)
He is interested of very safe 6 US ,$ CAN and 1or 2 INTERNATIONAL ,total of 11-12.stocks for the the other part of his wealth.His income is going to covered from many funds.

Q: I'm currently looking to start a new position and am looking for a company with the potential to add a bit of torque potential to the portfolio. Would LSPD fit the bill as far as a Canadian listing, and are there any US companies that you believe might also provide fit the bill? This is a fairly risk tolerant position.
