We hold no real estate exposure in our portfolio (aside from owning our home which also has a rental apartment in basement). We also need to increase our US exposure. What are your thoughts on the XLRE (Real estate select spdr fund). Any other suggestions?

Q: FIXX is doing a secondary offering at $22.50/s, down 28% from its trading price just three days ago. Is this just the effects of diluting the existing market cap with 6.4M more shares? Rather than, say, investors supposing that more working capital is a bad idea.

On the PF Analytics, 5IR consider GOOG (6.2%) & FB (<1%)as IT but the new Sector is CS.
I adjusted sectors by end 2018, but PFA gives a 28% in IT and CS 0.5%
Are 5IR will make the change on sector changes?

Q: I'm overweight financials and thinking of selling my US holding BAC and ORI and switching to a US dividend ETF such as DGRO. Any other suggestions?
Q: In mid Feb, IRTC reported another strong quarter and issued a better than expected 2019 guidance. However, about a month later a (short?) report stated that the main IRTC product could face a Medicare reimbursement cut of 45-65%, possibly by the latter half of 2021. Do you know if IRTC has publicly addressed this issue? Whether IRTC has or has not done so, is it wise to simply exit the position and move on to another health care stock?
