Q: Hello Peter, many individual investors (certainly I) have terrible timing on their transactions. For example, if one has been following Becton Dickinson, looking to buy, one might be happy to see this morning's 8% drop and immediately place their order. How do you handle this type of situation? Wait and see where the dust settles? Jump on the 'new lower price'? Or wait some days or weeks to see a base and an upturn? Would you be comfortable buying BDX today, for the long term?

Q: Hello 5i,
What did AYX report that was so bad? Is a 20% price adjustment, in after hour session, in the normal range for a $11 b market cap? Should folks adjust growth expectations on this one? And finally, would you still see it as a hold for a growth pick in a tfsa after this report?
Many thanks,

Q: Your hplease on the quarter from Maxar?
Q: May I please get your views on their quarterly earnings? It's been a laggard, and down sharply today on positive headline numbers. Was the market (and you?) expecting more of a pickup in COVID-related business?
Q: Hi. The last and only question I see on FVRR is from November 2019. At that time, you didn't seem too interested in it. If you were to re-evaluate them today, what would your opinion be? Thank you.
Q: Given Amazon has nearly zero cost of capital and the ability to raise staggering sums if it so decided, how can any company compete with them.Regardless of the business they decide to enter....if you have such a huge advantage...it’s seems near impossible to fail..And ultimately as such ...doesn’t Amazon seem an even more compelling must own.?Kim

Q: Hi 5i,
I am Canadian and I have purchased BRK.B around few months ago around US$180. However, it doesn't move up much and seem like underperform.
Do you think BRK.B is undervalued stock and it will catch up better performance in 2020 since APPL just released an outstanding report. The reason I asked because I am thinking to sell some of them to buy APPL. However, I don't want to change back to Canadian dollar, the Canadian dollar was lowest ever during the time I purchased BRK.B. Now I am facing the currency risk and slow moving up price for BRK.B. In your opinion, should I keep it and wait for long time until it offset the currency risk, or any suggestion. Would you please kindly advise.

Q: Four months ago you said..........
"PNNT insiders have been large net buyers of stock over the past six months. The stock is 5X earnings, but quite small at $182M market cap. Indicated yield is 26.4%, with the last dividend paid April 1. The dividend was cut in late 2016. PNNT is a finance company, providing loans to US middle market companies. Investors are concerned about defaults in a corona world, and the stock is down 58% this year, pushing yield higher. The company has 135 investments; some are doing well (groceries) and some are shuttered. The company recently gave a shareholder update, and it is good to see insiders backing their generally positive remarks. Still, we would put this one in the extreme risk category, on size alone, as well as a possible dividend cut or elimination."
what is your current analysis and opinion of PNNT

Thanks Greg
