Q: I am really not following the US market --but I would like to take a look at 3 or 4 of so called green energy producers in the US.

Q: Good afternoon 5i,

As a more conservative investor but looking for growth. Volatility no problem and some risk ok.
I don't view these in the same light. 22 year time frame.
I have anchored my portfolio TFSA / RRSP with ETF'S.
VTI, QQQ, XIT, VEE
The TSX are blue-chip dividend stocks for added
stability and ATD.B, BAM.A, GSY, KXS
Could you please rate my prospective ETF'S. Which would you invest in for this time frame and much needed boost for my portfolio. Or one that I missed?

ARKK, SKYY, CLOU, SOXX, SMH, QQQJ

Q: What do you think of Good Year tires? How are they valued versus peers (and what metrics are best?) and are there any alternative better tire companies in the US or Canada?

Electric cars burn through tires way faster than regular cars - everyone seems to be thinking about EV companies and the batteries - what do you think of the long-term tire play?

On Jan. 26 question from Jean Guy you referenced research on TDY (Teledyne) yet the name and symbol above the question was Teradyne (TER).
Could you clarify which one you "quite like it today"?

Q: In researching the recent Gamestop madness, I have read that many of the shorts will expire on Friday. Given that the shorting hedge funds have been doubling down on their positions:

is there any possibility that there is a cascading effect of hedge funds potentially getting liquidated? I know that speculating in this matter is akin to mental gymnastics, but I think that the GME holders are here to prove a point about the shady dealings on Wall Street. Is it possible that a showdown between greedy hedge funds and Robinhood/Reddit millenials leads to a wider market shock?

What are your interpretations of its earing report today? What are the reasons behind the almost 7% price drop?
I think this stock will probably benefit from the global economic recovery after Covid. What are your opinions about it?
I have been watching this stock and been waiting for an entry point to buy, plan to hold it a year or two. Do you think the price here is attractive or at what price range you think is a good entry point?

Q: Can you please compare and contrast BFT (Paysafe) and Nuvei? I have started to see a lot of buzz on BFT ahead of it's transaction and wonder if you would consider it a buy? Picking between BFT and Nuvei would you favour one or the other? The numbers seem impressive. Who are their other competitors and what is the potential total addressable market?

Q: With copper prices rising, I am starting to wonder about when recycling of copper will become more profitable than mining. A copper-porphyry geologist friend mentioned $4 CA being the price when it is more economical to recycle copper than mine it. Are there copper recycling companies in Canada or elsewhere that you are aware of and that you may recommend?

Q: It appears that recently IPOed Whole Earth Brands shares a number of similarities with Beyond Meat in terms of it target market. I wasn't able to find a whole lot of information on the company. Would you happen to have any thoughts on it? Given its relatively low share price, I'm tempted to nibble at it before it attracts too much media attention and rockets much higher..
