Q: I have a follow up question on NKLA (thanks for the very quick response by the way).

Just wondering how you would interpret the fact that the there is such a divergence between the at the money put and call prIces. For example, at $65 strike, July call last traded at $7.20 while put traded at $31.20. Is option market telling you something quite different than stock market? Is such divergence from put-call parity common?

Thx,

Steven

Q: Will the new arrangement SHOP has with WMT hurt it's business with AMZN? and why?

Steven Roach was speaking yesterday and says that he feels that with what the fed actions are and have been he sees the US$ retracing by 35% in the future. Do you agree and why? Also, what do you reccommend 5i readers do if they have substantial money invested in US equities?

Thanks

Sheldon

Q: I own IBM but not the others. Do you think the Red Hat acquisition will result in IBM significantly narrowing the performance gap between itself and the others. Respective dividend yields are not an issue.

Q: Hi, I see online education as a growing theme for the future. I was wondering if there are any growing companies in this sector you could suggest other than GOOG and MSFT..I was looking at a company call D2L but seems it is not listed.

On another topic, what are your thoughts about the upcoming IPO of Palantir..it seems to be nice investment opportunity. With a great leader, I read a book by Peter Thiel ..he seems to be a of a very high caliber. I have great respect for him.

Cheers,

Shyam

Q: Hi 5i team,
CLDR has been on my watch lists for awhile. It seems to be at a decent valuation on P/S for a cloud stock. In the past week or so, it has been subject to some takeover speculation by IBM. I don’t like buying a company just on takeover speculation, but it is a nice kicker if the underlying fundamentals of the company are solid. Is CDLR a decent buy in the data management space and what is your outlook from here?
Thanks again for the insight.

Q: Hello Peter and team.
I do re-balance the portfolio every 6 months, (June/Dec), These are the 10 names in my bag and they treat me well:
ZNQ 55%,
TSLA 9%;
FB 6%
MSFT 6%
SOXX 5%;
GOOG 5%;
AMZN 4%
AAPL 3% ;
CSU.TO 4%
Cash 3%
1. Would you suggest to trim ZNQ to the level, say to 50% ? to free up the cash then add any other names, or top up some of those existing individual names? or vice versa? stick with current no change need to be made for now?
2. in a long run, what might be the biggest risk in my bag could lose the alpha (Index)
Thanks for everything !

Q: Hi 5i, I last asked about Tesla on Feb 6. It was trading about $750 then and has recently bounced off $1030 and closed about $930 today. Since that time, arguably very challenging for the automotive industry, much has happened at Tesla (Chinese factory operation and expansion, Berlin on the way, Wall street opinion reversals and increased targets, record Model 3 orders, reduced car prices, Model Y deliveries commencing) and this week, announcement of the Semi starting production and Cybertruck is in the wings (with rumoured +500,000 pre-orders). (And the SPACE X launch - a cousin enterprise to Tesla).

Has your opinion changed on the company ? I am a long term holder.

Thanks so much for your excellent service.
