Not investment advice or solicitation to buy/sell securities. Do your own due diligence and/or consult an advisor.

Q: Hello Team,
May I have your thoughts on both Invesco and Lazard asAmerican Asset Management companies.
Both I believe have growth and the valuation has been blown out of proportion.
If not, would you recommend siding with Morgan Stanley or JP Morgan as the better choices.

Thank you

Q: In rebalancing just before the coronavirus and oil correction I find my self in a 27% cash position. { 18% American and 9% Canadian } . In following 5I's advice I decided to weigh in slowly. And am mostly looking at 5I's list of 10 stocks to purchase. First purchase JPM for a 4.6% position. Two days later and another large correction. I hadn't planned on another purchase this quickly but SLF { for a 3.5% position } is looking attractive at this price as the yield has reached 4.3%. CAE is also on my list but I think waiting and observing market reaction might be prudent on this one ..... My question is .... Should I be shopping by price entry points on stocks I like or by treating the market as a whole and wading in by observing and making my judgements on volatility ? I guess the question is stock versus stock market ? Also in a question this morning I got the impression 5I gave the edge to MOC over X . X is on my short list as well but with US cash to deploy MCO is tempting as well. Am I correct in my assumption you like MCO a little better in this sector ?

Q: I'm looking for some diversity in tech as well as yield, Cisco looks like a potential candidate. Considering the exciting times we just got into, would you see it as a solid buy if the yield hit 5%. I'm looking for good yield, good growth, low debt, and high cash. You know, the kind of investment we don't deserve.

Q: I am underweight in industrials. Currently have a partial position in ATA. Would you recommend adding to this position and then adding a US equity such as RTN? Are there others you would consider instead?
Thanks!

Q: I found this ETF when looking at some of the top ETF providers by AUM in Canada and noticed CI First asset was #5... this looks like a blend of ZUQ and VGG, what do you think compared to some of the other US dividend ETFs trading in Canada? Would you recommend it, and what would be your opinion on CAD Hedge vs Unhedged given where our dollar is trading currently and future outlook
Thank you for the great service

Q: Hi 5i team,
Looking at the broad US market index (apart from NASDAQ), which will be your top two index ETFs that will most likely provide the strongest gain and the quickest bounce when the market turns around? And why? Prefer Canadian listed ETFs if available.
Thanks.

Q: Hi can you please explain what the prospectus filing on March 6/2020 for OVV means, they will be selling common shares and securities? Reading some of the Sedar's filings but not totally clear to me, does this mean they are delisting the stock or just selling their portion of shareholder equity (shares and debt)?

I own these shares in a TFSA and Canadian non-registered account, would there be tax implications?

Thanks

Q: This one has been on my radar for a while - I understand they have invested in the Savers/Value Village thrift store chain which appears to be doing swift business in my area. Dividend yield looks good to me as well, especially with recent price drop. Can you comment on the impact of their recent sale of European assets, and whether the current valuation might be a good entry point?
