Q: Hi, my respected 5i team
Could you please recommend some solid names(US and Canadian markets) focusing on post-Covid theme play? I would like to take advantage of the price decline due to the pandemic lock down, some solid names that will be the survivors.
Thanks in advance!

Q: Hi,
I had Gilead for a few years and am still down 15%. Do you think it has upside from here, or do you have a better health care stock in the US? I'm medium risk investor with mostly BE portfolio.
Thanks,
Steve

Q: Good morning 5i team!
I am considerably underweight in healthcare stocks. I do own Well, and I have considered Doc. I was wondering your thoughts on Personalis as I do not see any questions relating to this company. Thank you for your great service.

Q: Do you think Affirm is buyable at the current price? Thanks
Q: I'd like your opinion about DOCU. The stock peaked SEP 1, 2020 and since then the past 4 months+ have been lower -- repeatedly dipping below $200 USD in this volatile market. The previous four months (before SEP 1) resulted in a gain of 154% in stock price. My question: I'm up 63% on this stock. Should I sell and move on? Thing is, I like the product as a consumer, and have already been e-mailed several docs to sign using that app. Works great. Yet I wonder if it's going to become a pandemic orphan -- and might suffer the same fate that could beset ZOOM when this pandemic ends.
Q: What are your thoughts on Appian, Blackline, Datadog, and Zoom from a balance sheet, growth potential and management? Could you rank in terms of growth potential in the next 5-10+ years? Thanks.

Q: Can I get your thoughts on this consumer staples stock, especially in regards to its dividend which seems high for a US stock?
Q: Can you provide an update on this security?
Where does it rank in terms of best ideas?
Is it a compelling buy?
Thanks

Q: Hi guys - when (if ever) does it make sense to sell individual stocks and replace them with a focused ETF? For example, I hold the 3 chip stocks above (though only for about 3 months, so only modest gains) since I expect AI, gaming and 5G to be areas of growth in the next few years. Would it make sense to sell these and replace them with SMH, which holds 25 semi-conductor stocks? These 3 are among the top SMH holdings and SMH holds other interesting stocks like TSM, ASML and MRVL. Obvious downsides are that buying SMH would add stocks that aren't currently doing so well (INTL) and would dilute my concentration in these 3. For a non-professional, part-time investor does this simplification make sense or does it significantly limit the upside?

Q: Thank you for the great service. I was wondering in the HOT space of EV's are there any standout companies either producing a vehicle you like as an investment or an infrastructure play for charging stations or battery production? I have listed some of the companies I have on a list but I own nothing in this space... Really wishing I had bought Tesla 10 years ago when first looking at it... As they say could of would of should Have. I try never to look back but sometimes it is tough LOL

Q: Hi, My respected 5i team
I bought these stocks back in March or April 2020 during the market correction, thanks for your recommendation!
Right now, the upward momentum of these high tech stocks are diminishing and their valuations seems high.
What is your opinion about the valuations here, are they over valued too much? I'm worried about the "tech bubble" happens again. Should I sell them now or under what condition you suggest that I should sell ?

Q: Hello 5i
I'm hearing a lot of chatter about small caps having good growth prospects going forward. I believe you like IWO for US small caps.
Can you suggest 5-6 of your favorite US stocks to hold as a basket of small caps instead of IWO if one wanted to own stocks directly.
Thank you so much!!
Dave

Q: Greetings - doing some research on this one and wanted to get your opinion on a fast growing real estate firm. I know it involves some level of MLM for paying its realtors which always gives me pause on an investment. Your thoughts on this one?
Q: Hi Peter,

Q: COLD is included in “RBC's Top 30 Global Ideas- Q1 2021” ( released 4 Jan 2021). I compared COLD to COR and COR struck me as a better investment. RBC rates COLD Outperform and COR as sector perform. I read through the usual blurbs and recent year financials as well as generally available projections. CFRA rates both as Hold (neutral). I looked through Thomson Reuters and I think COLD has higher ratings in general (I am not sure as it is difficult to tell when the TR reports on each were actually updated).
It is unlikely RBC Capital would have picked COLD as a global best idea without studying COLD’s peers. I conclude therefore that I must be missing something. Which one of the two do YOU see as the better investment? (Important : If neither, please give names of OTHER US Industrial REITs that you prefer OVER the above-noted COLD and COR).
