Q: As far as REITs go, do you think the 5G REITs (American Tower and Crown Castle) are likely to retain all of their business and get paid the rent on their towers? Or is there some question about customers and rent? I'm assuming 5G is relatively immune to the COVID-19 issues that other companies have.

Q: Peter.
VOO vs VFV

Both these ETFs track the S & P 500. VOO cost U.S. $ $269 and yield 2.5%. VFV cost $72.48 CDN and yield 1.7%. Assume 1) purchase for long term hold 2) to simplify assume FX rates stay the same as today. 3 )can will invest either Cdn$ or U.S. $. How would you determine which is better? Would you normally get hosed on fx conversion with VFV?
Thank you

Paul

Q: My question is about the Advanced Emissions Solutions company (ADES:NasdaqGM) The website wants to convert this to IOTS:US. Did ADES undergo a name change? Also, ADES seems to be in my sweet spot which is a firm that is currently undervalued, good future growth prediction and phenomenal, well-covered dividend. Can you comment on whether this firm is as good as it looks?

Q: Hi 5i team,

I know there are a lot of SHOP followers here. Late last week SHOP announced a partnership with PINS and introduced a new App which allows SHOP merchants to upload their catalogues to PINS. The deal is likely of little consequence for SHOP, but it should help PINS. I assume this would attract advertisers back to PINS if a broader range of products is now available. I thought PINS would have gotten a boost from the announcement. Are you still relatively positive on PINS? It seems to me it could be a nice acquisition for SHOP or one of the big guns.

Thanks again.

Q: Can you please comment on DKNG. It has done very well since the new year and hasn't suffered over these last few months. I know one should be buying good companies that are going up rather than supposed bargains that are falling but have I missed the boat on DKNG.. There don't seem to be any comments on 5i about draftkings.

Q: Hello Peter and team, I'd like to purchase some high quality US companies whose share prices have been unduly hit by the COVID correction. However, I want to do this in a conservative way - with larger, stable companies with low debt and strong balance sheets; assured 'survivors'. Can you please suggest 5 good US candidates in the 'survive and recover' blue chip camp, and a dividend of at least 2.5 percent. Thanks!

Q: Thank you for your comments on RPD earnings report yesterday. In your response you said "We would not be overly concerned here, though it has slipped some spots on our list of growth companies". Can you let me know what growth companies you have higher up on your list. I am up 20% on RPD and am happy to sell it for something higher up on your list.

Thanks so much for your excellent service.

Q: Hi 5i team,

There hasn’t been a question on TER since last year. I have held it in the past. It beat on EPS and revenues the last Q but gave wide guidance for the 2nd Q which is almost the same as pulling guidance. It is into testing and automation systems for industrial applications and 5G, as well as robotics which could potentially be a growth area. Your database classifies it as technology, where I really have plenty, but I view it more as industrial. Is it a decent investment for industrial or is there a better option?

Thanks for the insight.
Dave
