Q: Hello 5i Team,

Could you please rank these 5 US stocks in the home-building and building materials sector for a 3-5 year hold and include a brief explanation.

Are there any others you would consider (not including HVAC)?

Thanks for your always helpful advice!

Q: I must admit that I know nothing about crypto and have no intention of investing in that field. My question concerns the stablecoin 'GENIUS Act' signed into law by the U.S. government yesterday. Will it be beneficial for the U.S. economy or the U.S. dollar, and could it have any impact on the Canadian economy? Thank you

Q: Hi,

With the passing of new crypto legislation and the rise of ETH and stable coins, what do you think is the best way to play this and does it have long term growth potential? Also what are the big risks? Looking for a pick and shovels name. Now that the legislation has been passed, is this more sell the news?

In the crypto space, I'm only holding GLXY (4%), which I'm up 75% and has done very well. I also have core long term holdings in V, JPM, and MA. Could stable coins hurt or benefit these names as well or are they complementary? Been watching CRCL, HOOD and COIN as well but they've been on a tear and I'm hesitant to buy at these levels. Thanks!

Q: I asked a question last week but it must have got lost. This is a follow up question regarding my question about if you could only hold 3 ETF's what would they be. You answered ZSP, XIC and ZNQ. Can you please explain the rational for owning both ZSP and ZNQ. Is there not a lot of overlap between the two? And if I were to hold only these # ETF's can you also explain why you wouldn't include another international exposure ETF? I believe ZNQ is currency hedged which usually means higher fees. Is there another option to ZNQ that isn't hedged with a lower MER?
Thank you for your service.

Q: Thanks for the CTLP pick. Could you please recommned a replacement now that it's being bought out? Doesn't have to be in the same sector, just similar size/potential?

Q: Can you share any insights on FCCN - Spectral Capital Corporation? I have a high level understand of what their business is but would like your comments on the following:
1. What is the probability of them being granted a Nasdaq listing as a result of their pending application and if granted, would their be an immediate impact on share price?
2. Is there a functioning business today or is it just a Quantum hope story?
3. An overview for their potential growth if their areas of focus pan out.

I understand it's raw and speculative as well as that you likely don't cover it but the market cap isn't absurdly small and it seems to be focused in high upside areas.

Q: At today's price, for a 5 year hold, how would rate these stocks? In what order would you purchase and at what price?

Do you think that Fico price has now stabilized?

Q: Many thanks for your detailed response to my recent question on Google - "https://www.5iresearch.ca/questions/186348". Is it fair to assume that with 50+% of their revenue and possibly more of their EPS (due to higher margin within this vertical) that the stock price is fairly priced and that any future potential increases in stock prices will potentially require new product lines, ... As you stated, their vision is not clear. And until then, is it fair to assume that their stock price, from a P/E perspective, is lower than other Mag7 companies due to this caveat. Having said all of this, investors make (or lose) money when times are unclear and stock prices are deflated. What are your thoughts re the future of this company and what drives your investment thesis? Thanks.
