Q: Hello Peter and team.
I do re-balance the portfolio every 6 months, (June/Dec), These are the 10 names in my bag and they treat me well:
ZNQ 55%,
TSLA 9%;
FB 6%
MSFT 6%
SOXX 5%;
GOOG 5%;
AMZN 4%
AAPL 3% ;
CSU.TO 4%
Cash 3%
1. Would you suggest to trim ZNQ to the level, say to 50% ? to free up the cash then add any other names, or top up some of those existing individual names? or vice versa? stick with current no change need to be made for now?
2. in a long run, what might be the biggest risk in my bag could lose the alpha (Index)
Thanks for everything !

Q: Hi 5i, I last asked about Tesla on Feb 6. It was trading about $750 then and has recently bounced off $1030 and closed about $930 today. Since that time, arguably very challenging for the automotive industry, much has happened at Tesla (Chinese factory operation and expansion, Berlin on the way, Wall street opinion reversals and increased targets, record Model 3 orders, reduced car prices, Model Y deliveries commencing) and this week, announcement of the Semi starting production and Cybertruck is in the wings (with rumoured +500,000 pre-orders). (And the SPACE X launch - a cousin enterprise to Tesla).

Has your opinion changed on the company ? I am a long term holder.

Thanks so much for your excellent service.

Q: Hi 5iTeam,
I'm interested in taking a position in an ETF that's focused on chips. Of the three ETFs listed above, which one would be your choice and why?
Also are there ETFs traded in C$ that are focused on US chip makers?
Cheers,

Q: I raised a fair bit of cash in my RIF as the Covid madness marched on. I think I would like to buy USDollars with probably 1/2 the cash and buy some US dividend paying stocks. I need the income and I’m very concerned that this current government is going to cripple ( if not destroy) our economy..
I’m looking at stocks like Verizon, but what would you suggest?
Thanks for the great work!

Q: These banks have been "hammered" in the recent downturn (for good reason due to prospective loan losses, and near zero rates). That said, do you see the Fed mandating dividend cuts/eliminations in the future here, or is the market just really skittish about it? They all look "cheap" right now, but an elimination of the dividend would be a real reason for me to leave this space if it were as distinct possibility vs. a "tail risk". What is your take on this and these companies - do you see much risk in dividend cuts here? Or is it just a reflexive thought in that the European banks were mandated to eliminate dividends...

Q: Hi Peter,

I am researching some companies in the medical aesthetics space (INMD, CUTR, VERO, AGN, EOLS) and was wondering in this space, what multiple do companies typically trade at from a few different key metrics such as price to sales, P/E ratio, and any other metrics that you feel would be relevant to this space from a valuation perspective? Thanks.

Q: Please evaluate Novocare as a potential growth stock. Comments I have read are below and it would be great to hear if you see potential for this to rise as we get back to treating "elective" issues.

Unfortunately, the pandemic has delayed enrollment in some clinical trials. But ultimately, this is the only company with a "fourth modality" of cancer treatment beyond surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy — and with no competitors in sight.

Thanks!

Q: I would to start a position in all 3 of above mentioned stocks, however, based on today,s action I am thinking I should, I love the long term prospects of all 3, and will be a long term holder. Especially the first two, I really like the exposure to the av technology, I think it’s coming sooner than most people think, and I think it will transform many industries, your general thoughts would be most appreciated

Q: Hi Peter and Ryan.
The market is a bit crazy lately, with many tech companies reaching all time high, as if the covid-19 has never happened. I think there should be good companies that are still worth to buy. I am wondering how you think about the listed three companies (e.g. CAR, EXPE, LUV).

Thank you,
Yiwen
