Q: I have been invested in EAF for a few years now (currently down a bit). It seems like they are making good progress in paying off their debt and over the time and the overhang of Brookfield selling off its stake is decreasing. I am fairly patient on this one and I am likely to keep being patient but do you see negative issues I may be discounting because I already hold it.

From my perspective they seem like they could end up with a low debt ratio and good cash flow in a few more years while the biggest risk seems to be that the long term contracts they have will not be rolled over at anywhere near the same levels.

Q: May I please get your thoughts on Opendoor Technologies? All the stocks in this group seem to have settled out and are down ~50% from their peaks. Being risk agnostic, would you prefer Zillow over Opendoor?

I like that Opendoor has housing inventory. It is unclear to me if competitors Zillow and Redfin also have inventory. I would appreciate any clarity you can provide me on that.

which one of these companies is better from a growth perspective.

Also, with ransomware and corporate hacking being the new frontier for all CIO's and IT Managers, which 2 companies, in your opinion, have the edge with their technology and I can add these to my portfolio.

Q: We are looking to create a 'growth' portfolio using our TFSA accounts. This portfolio will represent a small portion of our overall investments. The portfolio will hold ~10 Canadian and ~10 US stocks. All purchases in the portfolio will be made with the intent to be long-term holds (10+ years).

Q: My question is about NVIDIA and the ARM Acquisition. How important do you feel the ARM deal is for NVIDIAS future and growth? If a headline came out that said the acquisition has been rejected, how do you feel the market would react short and long term?
