Q: As a relatively new investor, I am not sure what to do with Unity Software (U). I am currently down 40% since I picked it up leading to its earnings report which was not horrible. Since I am new to investing, can you offer some advice on how to approach this situation. Is it time to cut my losses and put it into something else? Or is this just a matter of picking it up at a bad time just before earnings that did not meet market expectations and now this big sell off in tech? Should i just take a deep breath and give this one the appropriate amount of time (how much time would you suggest?). I am trying to not be an emotional investor with such a loss so your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Q: Hi Team,
After a record year, my portfolio is getting smashed. (22% down already from peak). Very gut wrenching. I am heavy quality tech names (most on your favourite US list) as I believe long term this is where the most growth is in the world today. Question now is, does a person continue to hold at this point? Sell out? Or try to add? Also, do you believe the 10yr bond yield at 1.5% is really this big of concern for the fundamentals of these tech companies? I find a lot of the quality tech names have very little debt, and when they do need money often raise money using their high share prices instead of borrowing debt anyways. Your thoughts please on the current situation? Thanks
Shane.

Q: I took a half position in CRWD when it was higher than it is now and am wondering about taking the other half position now that it has fallen quite a bit. Wondering what your thoughts are on this at these levels or if you think averaging in is more appropriate at this time. It will be purchased in a TFSA with a long term hold expectation.
Q: With the recent announcement of United Air max purchases, wondering if your sentiment is improving on this company. I am particularly curious on your opinion as a play on the reopening trade. I am debating Boeing over Air Canada with Boeing having other lines of business. thanks
Q: Your thoughts on this company for a coal play, and rising economy. I also like the dividend. What other companies would you prefer?

Q: Would you average down and buy more AMT here? I know it is expensive on a valuation basis but is there any other fundamental issues that causes you concern? Do you think Keysight Tech would be a better way to play 5G? Thanks

Q: Question regarding Google's announcement of changes to third party cookies and your thoughts on the potential benefits this may bring for some companies. I know its affecting companies like TTD but wouldnt ROKU benefit because they have their own ecosystem and can see what people watch, search for etc. or a company like FB who can see status's, conversations, group posts about products people still share so much information plus instagram (sharing info between the two). Or a PINS who again has its own ecosystem and can use that data to sell ads on its own site... hope this makes sense.
Also as of right now with the further rotation out of growth, what are your top 5 "buy now" companies that you *could* see rebounding quite nicely when the dust settles.

Q: I realize the markets have been weak lately, however, UPST is down about 50% from its high. Any idea why its down so much? What do you think of the prospects of this company? Is this a buying opportunity or should I stay on the sideline?
Thanks for any help you can provide

Q: What is your interpretation of Google's announcement of changes to third party cookies and their effects on online advertisers? From my amateur perspective this looks like an existential risk to the sector and either this or future changes could eliminate them; and google is both a competitor and market regulator via browsing interface standards.
Any guidance is appreciated.
