Q: Would you consider Atlassian to be a potentially strong compounder over the next 3-5 years? I like the company, but am also concerned about it operating in a competitive landscape. Thank you.
Q: Down over 50% in NET but really liking the company: Matthew Prince seems very innovative, the company has lots of use cases. Do you foresee strong growth potential for this company over the upcoming years?
Q: Visa has been making new lows. What would you consider a good entry price for starting a position?
I assume visa has been decreasing due to recession and inflation cuting down on spending. Would agree with that or is there soem other reasons for the decline?
Q: Do you consider the latest news on Apple alarming or just a short term blip. Would you recommend taking some profits off the table on this stock? Thank You.
Q: Thank you for your answer re BX vs peers. I am planning on adding to an existing position in BX.
My question is: Stock price is back to early 2021 levels but on valuation metrics, how cheap is it actually? Additionally, at what valuation and at what approx share price would you feel is compelling enough to add to
Q: Is there a NYSE traded ETF you can recommend that provides a somewhat higher interest rate with liquidity and safety - one or two if you can - thank you.
I have owned APP's for 1.5 years and am down significantly (70%). I know you have been generally optimistic about its fundamentals but I guess I need some reassurance in these turbulent times.
Do you still find their fundamentals and growth prospects compelling? And if you so could you explain what makes it an attractive HOLD or BUY. Respecting there is no crystal ball do you feel that in 12 months things will look rosier for the stock?
Many thanks to you all for your steady hand in such rough market conditions!
Q: Thanks for your very thorough response to my question in regards to CRNC. What other companies trading in the U.S. with a similar market cap to CRNC, regardless of sector, do you see as great bounce potential once markets turn around?
Q: Hello 5i,
Even with the great financial position it is in with almost 4 billion and little debt, is it time to let ZIM go or hang in for the long haul? All the signs that scream "SELL: are not there, no change in direction, no change in administration, no cut in dividend, in fact even a share buyback scheme is in place. So is it a keeper and just hang in or get out and absorb the losses?
Q: I keep thinking it might be time to start buying, but the price just keeps dropping. The TTM P/E is negative but the Globe's data shows a low forward P/E. Is that likely? It was trading below its current stock price prior to Covid so I wonder if it has other avenues currently available to generate profits.
Q: I am down >75% on each of these 3 stocks over the past 1+ years. I still have faith in the businesses though, and have a very longterm time horizon. I'm not looking to sell and rather, wondering if each/all of them would be worth adding to (at these significantly lower prices) if looking for long term gains? Thank you.
Q: Hello 5I,
I own the above 2 stocks and am wondering if you still have conviction in these picks? I am currently down on them but wanted to confirm you still like these mid to long term.
Thanks
Q: I am in my 80's and am changing my investment philosophy.
Can you suggest 6-8 stocks US or Can that would be in a solid l-o-n-g term growth and income portfolio. I would particularly like stocks that have recently been a little soft.
Thanks
PB
