I have a handful of smaller position stocks that have not done well and that I believe I should high grade. Which ones you would recommend moving on from?

Q: I have asked questions about core portfolio and compounders. I would like to refine my query to building a concentrated core portfolio [say, 20 CAD-USD total]. I start with the allocations greater than 5% in the 3 portfolios. BN is less than 5% on its own, yet, I wonder whether it would not be the core Canadian financial stock. As for US, there are many Fav lists, but could you boil it down to 10. For each stock, please provide key rationale for choosing it and a target buy price.

Q: An article today suggested that Apple is close to coming out with a diabetic monitoring capability for its iWatch. If correct, what would that do to DXCM?

With that question in mind, I'm looking to add a small position in healthcare. Which of the listed companies do you see as having a better future for a long-term hold?

Q: Good Morning,

In a recent answer to one of my questions you suggested that WMB would be a good income investment.

I am not sure if I am reading this information correctly but it looks to me that the dividend has gone up and down over many years.

Is this correct? Do you have any concerns with WMB in terms of yield stability and safety?

Q: Can you please comment on Unity Software (U) latest earnings released yesterday. Was there anything of particular interest to note from the call the call yesterday (either good or bad; I cant find a recording of the call on their site)? What is your view of this company after this latest report (buy/add, hold or sell)? Do you believe in current management, seems to struggle despite being in a global duopoly in its industry.
