ChargePoint Holdings Inc. (CHPT $5.52)
Q: CHPT held a lot of promise but now I find myself looking at a 30% loss on paper after the GM,F & TSLA news.
Any significant opportunity for a recovery or time to sell and move on?
If I do sell where could I deploy the funds in terms of staying with a growth stock ( with much less risk than Chpt , especially the balance sheet)
Thanks.

Q: What is your opinion on Essex Property Trust? It has come down a lot from its high as rates have risen. How does its valuation and balance sheet look? Does it provide good rebound potential assuming rates peak or are the California exodus and WFH trend real risks?
Q: I have a small position in QCLN in my RRSP. It has dropped 35% since I bought it. I have some extra cash in that account and was wondering what you think of me adding to it. Do you like the fund overall? Is now a good time to add? The bulk of my RRSP is in an income fund, so I was hoping to add a bit of growth and was looking for something a bit different. Thanks.
Q: In looking at GE’s performance ytd, I was a bit surprised at how well it had done. I’m wondering what your thoughts are about starting a new position at these levels. Is it a long term buy and hold?
Thank you as always for the great advice!

iShares Russell 2000 ETF (IWM $252.85)

iShares S&P U.S. Small-Cap Index ETF (XSMC $33.82)
Q: Hello, I asked a question, not long ago, on XSU. Thank you for your answer. Now, I would like you to compare it to XSMC. I know it is way smaller, but the returns have been much better the past 2 and 3 years, 15 to 20% better (I know they don’t follow the same index). This order of magnitude is still surprising to me, unless much of it is a function of the exchange rate fluctuation. I know it is difficult to evaluate, but is this outperformance likely to continue? Is the small size of this ETF a dealbreaker? Thanks.

Q: I would appreciate getting your five recommendation each for US and CAD markets of companies with growing dividends for at least for the last five years with current dividend above 3% that also have growth.
Q: I am missing something from your recent commentary on SentinelOne earnings. My take from the summary of their published earnings and prospects for '24 is that they took a huge hit in non GAAP operating earnings margins, which are expected to decline further though more modestly in '24, as well as a major reduction in growth rates in comparison to their growth rate for '23. Is this correct? The price hit for their equity is substantial.

Q: Hello Peter and team,
Mr. Kim Bolton who has my respect as a guest on BNN, suggested yesterday that one may want to take some profits off NVDA and re-direct the cash to AMD/ADI. Not sure if he said TSM in the same Q&A or added later. I am of course paraphrasing his response. Any opinions on these companies or comments about such a strategy? Do these companies pass your writing covered call approach?
