Q: Could I have your best single selection for both US and Canada for a conservative investor in these 7 sectors - energy, global defence, cyber, pipelines, utilities, consumer staples and defensive growth within software tech. Thank you for the help.

Q: Hi!
My question is around what to do with high growth, unprofitable technology companies that were once huge winners. If one has a small portion allocated to these companies, does it make sense to hold and one day things could turn and these stocks can gain again. There is so much talk to switch to value/cyclical/materials and that trade can last for a very long time. My guess is you favour diversification which I have, but of course wonder if these unprofitable tech names can go down another 50 percent and will they ever recover?? Which of the high growth unprofitable tech names would you be adding to or would you only add to profitable tech like Meta, Amazon, Google, etc...
Thank you!

What are the pros and cons of this stock, concerning the market they are in and where would they rank against their competitors, the financial ratios, insider buying/selling(which alerted me to this stock) and your opinion on the management ? Q: I am looking to find some software stocks with excellent Net Revenue Retention rates and strong revenue growth that should make for bounce candidates/long-term compounders if the tech market turns. What are some of your favourite CAD and USD names with NRR above 110% and revenue growth of at least 30%?

Do you like any of SMAR, ASAN or MNDY?

Thanks

Q: Good day. I think I made a rookie mistake. A number of months ago I bought 40 shares of Novax, based on emotion and speculation believing its protein spike vaccine would fill the void for vaccine hesitancy and boosters. I am now showing a 56% loss. This stock represents about 3% of my portfolio. Should I sell and take the loss or hang on hoping it turns around upon FDA approval? Thanks for your opinion.

Q: Good day 5i,

I hold SEMR and VEEV and both reported recently. I would appreciate your analysis of their earnings reports as well as what you see going forward for both.

I have a long-term outlook and a high tolerance for volatility, if the growth story is intact.

Thank you for your insights.

Q: I am down 20 to 40 % on these equities.
I am considering harvesting a loss and moving to other names in their respective sectors. Please assess by my plan and provide any necessary input.
Swap LULU for CROX
Swap ADBE for CRM
Swap RCII for DKNG - I am less convinced it this third swap.

Thank you
