Q: Are there any public companies that stand to profit if housing foreclosures in the U.S. significantly increase over the next 3-4 years? Or a suggested investment strategy to play this scenario in public markets?

As a growth stock, wha is the potential total addressable market for its services, what percentage is it targeting, how is it positioned for growth vis-a-vis its competitors. In a nutshell, if you wanted to have a position in this area, would you buy and at what entry price. Or, do you prefer another and if so, why.

Each of these stocks represent between 2-3 1/2 % of my
portfolio.
Thinking of boosting some up to between 4 1/2 to 5%.
None are at a loss.
Any thoughts of an order to do this?

Q: I was told that the gov't moratorium on student loans restricted sofi's growth for the past few years. Can you see what % of business is tied to student loans? I was also told that the Supreme Court ruled against government on the moratorium and that interest charges would be payable from Sept. 1. How big of a catalyst do you see this being for sofi?
