Has enough time elapsed to be able to judge if the password protection and new price tiers with ads at Netflix has actually helped the share price.

Q: With the proposed buy price $250 and the current price 248-249, and no additional bids likely does it make sense to sell now?

If I hold will I get an equivalent $ value of IMO shares?

And is there any idea when it would close?

Would we receive all the dividends in the meantime?

If the deal falls through would you expect a 10-15% drop in share price?
