Q: Season's greetings - what are your thoughts on MRNA. The skin cancer test results lofted the shares yesterday. It still seems inexpensive, given a sub six PE. I have a small holding and am thinking of investing more. It's well within my portfolio recommendations. Don't understand why it not getting more love with all the viruses running around the world. Thanks

Q: Was happy to see DOCU's small rebound and the relatively positive report you gave them in your answer to a previous question.

My question is whether they really have a moat with their product or whether it can be reproduced by a bigger player like Microsoft.

Your answer will help to decide whether it's better to sell during this rebound or hope for a return to the heights it once enjoyed.

Q: I hold the above stocks in my Unregistered,TFSA,and RRIF accounts. I understand that as of January 1, 2023, the IRS will require a 10% withholding tax when Canadian residents sell US stocks. Does this rule apply to sell any of the above mentioned my stocks ?

2) If I sell above Stocks before end of 2022, will I avoid paying new IRS 2023 10% withholding tax?
