Q: Can you please go over the metrics for this company. I understand that Chilili's (what % of revenue/earnings does it provide?) has become the favorite restaurant for gen Z and is driving its growth to over 20% thus the meteoric rise in the share price. The PE is 34 is it sustainable, do prospective earnings justify it? Is it a buy, sell ,or hold?

Q: Hi 5i,

Considering taking a long term position in LMT but I am holding back due to potential US government cuts to defense spending.

I could see a scenario where Elon Musk/Trump administration would potentially cut back the costs of LMT's F-35 program in order to reach the administration's goal of cutting a trillion dollars in government spending. (Replace with Tesla Drones?).

F-35 program represents approx. 30% of LMT revenue. If this were the case what would this do to the share price? or is this already "baked in" to some degree?

Thank you,

Greg C.

Q: Sorry for another NVDA question.
I''ve trimmed it several times as it went up in the past and was waiting for it to reach 10% to trim again. It was 9.5% of my portfolio and now 8% after the deep seek news.
Understanding that portfolio weights are personal to each person, if it was YOUR portfolio what weight would YOU be comfortable today holding NVDA?
Thanks

Q: I am looking at industrials that will do well in the USA in the initial Trump period. I see you often recommend TT, but it is down where it was last September, which appears to mean negative momentum, which, you usually steer away from. Do you see strong upside for TT in the next couple of years, and would it be your choice, or one of your picks for this goal? Would you pick it over FIX? Is there anything in the Deep Seek revelations that would negatively affect either holding? Are there other holdings you would recommend, and would you choose more than one, and would you wait a bit for the markets to settle? Thanks!

Q: Do you prefer CRM or NOW. It seems CRM is down in sympathy with NOW results. Were they really that bad? CRM trailing PE is almost 30 but NOW is much higher I believe. I have sold half my NVDA with the idea to move it into the next phase of AI adoption, software. Am thinking one of these and perhaps PLTR. You have much posted on it, any information you could add regarding buying it, would be helpful. Any other software companies you would consider? Thank you so much.

Q: I use VFV for my US stock exposure. Is one ETF enough or should I spread it out over 2 or more.
If more please provide some suggestions.

Q: I'm looking for a stable long term hold with some growth and a generous dividend to complement my Enbridge holding? These are all US holdings, do I have to worry about special withholding taxes? Are they suitable for RRSP's?

Q: Hi,

Looking to replace NVDA and VRT. I wish to avoid the AI theme and Mag7. Do you have an handful of tech alternatives to suggest in the US?

Many thanks.

Q: So Deepseek just made AI hugely gigantically more efficient. And that's verified because they are open architecture and other experts did check it out and they say it is definitely a big advancement and now they can fully copy it. (puzzles me greatly why a co. would go this open route but i guess that's another topic). So now competitors are on an equal footing due to this puzzling largesse of Deepseek being so open, and said competitors can carry on being way ahead. So what's the problem? Everything is now way better.

Q: Apparently the price for computation by DeepSeek R1 is $0.55 per million tokens compared to $15 per million tokens for OpenAI o1, which it is comparable to in terms of performance. This is about 97% cheaper.
I’ve been reading about Jevon’s paradox ie. as something gets cheaper, usage explodes.
But to my math usage will have to go up 33x to cover the difference in revenue to Nebius.
This will eventually happen, but short-term, aren’t we looking at revenues falling off a cliff for Nebius?

Q: Good evening 5i Team,

If I were to scale back my positions in chip makers and AI related companies, would you please recommend a sector or sectors and your choice of companies to migrate into.

Thanks,
