Q: Hi there, may I please have your thoughts on PEY results?

What companies are you finding interesting right now, after their 2Q results?

Any companies unjustifiably being punished, with their shares being sold off currently, that you believe is not justified and will have a good bounce within the next six months or so? ie; seems like WELL results are being misunderstood...hmm

Q: I keep hearing the word longevity these days. Seems people are living longer so I think there must be some investments I can make to take advantage of this trend. Please give me the names of some companies that are involved in helping people live longer lives and at the same time provide drugs or technologies or therapies that help them enjoy longer lives characterized by a higher quality of life. I'm interested in both American/global companies and Canadian.

Q: What is your take on holding GOOG going forward, in light of a number of big name fund managers (Ackman,Klarman,Dorsey etc) exiting or largely decreasing their positions in the company? We know its related to the talks of breaking up GOOG. But what do you feel is the likelihood and outcome of that for shareholders? Clearly these managers feel its going to be a negative outcome since they are exiting. Wondering what your outlook is, and if its worth holding throughout the pain. Thx

Q: I am wondering about protecting myself from downward moves of NVDA price based on earnings results and news next week. My strategy so far is limited selling as the stock has ramped up beyond any "normal" I have seen.
Of course the dichotomy is:
- Fear that the bubble / AI hype will fizzle and my paper gains never materialize, and;
- Trepidation that I will regret selling another single share if NVDA's future stays bright.

So would options be a way to play this or is this quite expensive? It appears that ATM puts are $7.00 for AUG30. A full 5% premium to protect downside. Crazy? Other Thoughts? Thanks as always - you guys are amazing.

Q: Hi 5i!

I’m a little overweight in the AI sector and want to diversify. Respecting that growth and stability are not often in tandem, would you endorse a selling VRT and buying TMDX, ASPN or CLBT?
Do you see either of these three companies as having a better growth (and some stability) outlook over the next 2-3 years than VRT?

If you could only pick one which company do you have the most conviction in today?

Q: Would you buy into the momentum of ASPN($16.98) , TMDX ($88.71) and CLBT ($11.85) at current valuations for a 2-year hold?

Can you provide 5 or 6 other stocks with similar growth profile in US or Canada?

Q: Upstart looks to have had a good couple of weeks climbing from $25 to $40. In answers to previous questions, mention was made of a very high short interest at the time. Can I please ask for your usual insightful analysis for the recent Upstart quarterly results, and whether their recent stock price climb can be attributed to their recent performance and future prospects in a declining interest rate environment, or well speculation and short covering? Is the stock worth holding onto for a few more Quarters and see if they benefit from declining interest rates or if they catch another everything-AI wave, or take the cash and invest elsewhere? Q: In responding to a question regarding ZSML in Nov 2021 you stated "While volume is low, it has $351M in assets, and is likely quite profitable for the bank at that level." I see that, according to TDW, it now has $166.2M in assets. At this lower level would you still see it as profitable for the bank? Are the assets lower due to investors selling units? You have indicated recently that small caps could be coming into their own, so is ZSML a good option to add to my small caps at this time? Many thanks.
