Q: JEPQ uses ELNs(up to 20%) in order to generate covered calls instead of writing covered calls on its assets that would limit upside potential. This means that JEPQ has a capital appreciation potential, and at the same time offers significant monthly income.I suppose though that QYLD will be less volatile than JEPQ.If I wish to take avantage of a future NASDAQ recovery and also obtain a revenue,JEPQ seems to me more interesting than QYLD .To summarize my question : is my impression OK ,and are there any avantages to hold QYLD instead of JEPQ ,(except of the higher yield ?

Q: I am a dividend investor, considering high
volatility and potential NASDAQ and S&P 500 low points in 2023 ,I intend to " do an exception" in my RRSP, and to take position (for capital gain) in one ,or eventually 2 of these Cies. How would you rank all of them for a 2+ years perspective? Regards, J-Y

Q: I’ve finally broken even on NVDA. Their Q4 comes out later this month and I’m nervous since it’s up substantially from the dramatic low in October. Any disappointments and it will probably be hit hard.

If you owned NVDA what would you do? Ride out the report and hold on or sell, watch the reaction and reassess?
Thanks

Q: I was interrupted during my buy of ROKU last Thursday when it was below $50 and when I next looked it was $56! Ouch. I see it has earnings on Feb 15. I know you recommend buying for long term and not waiting for earnings, but I feel like it could go either way here, and a 10% rise this week is significant - do you have a recommendation regarding buying before or after in this case? Thanks!
