Q: Hi 5i Team - If you think any or all of these three software companies are worth buying today could you give me a brief update on their fundamentals. Thanks.

Q: I have a friend who has $20,000 to invest in a relatively safe group of stocks, hoping to gain about 8% a year; his plan is to leave the funds in for at least two years. He has no preexising stocks. Please recommend one or two groups of stocks for him to invest in.

Q: I have done well with boeing in a short period and while double checking it one of the rating services called it a five . In the same report it called textron a ten , they are both US so not your mandate but if you have any opinion on possibly switching from ba to txt I would appreciate it.

Q: Giving the need for improved and expanded electricity grid, are these still your main choices? Anyone else?

Not sure about this but Would CJT be considered a proxy, its down today also.. what is your opinion on this one...opportunity or no.

Q: I have been holding this for 2 years and it has not done much and is still down 20% even with the recent upswing in the market. Can I have your opinion on this stock and on healthcare in general (minus Canada)? if I decide to sell for a loss, what do you think about replacing it with a healthcare etf such as XLV- would XLV have the same upside potential as SNN? if not, can you recommend a replacement?

So going into next year and next year, will managers sell some and redeploy cash or sell lots and deploy cash or will they keep there current amounts hoping for an average gain next year? I sold for tax loss VZ and the 30 day period is over. Ignoring that VZ has since increased in price I am starting to change my mind about buying back. Certainly a change in sector but would ABBV be a better replacement since my health care exposure is low? If not can you let me know if VZ is worth buying back.

Q: Well, XYL is confronting a lawsuit - "Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, continues its investigation of potential securities claims on behalf of shareholders of Xylem Inc. (NYSE: XYL) resulting from allegations that Xylem may have issued materially misleading business information to the investing public."....Me, wondering if XYL has liability insurance to cover the executives and directors of the board???....In the meantime, do I hold or sell and buy back once the lawsuit is over, aka done with??? .....Tom

Here is what could be classified as an absurd question! Ha!Ha! However I would love to have your opinion just to satisfy my curiosity. I have a friend..."cult member" who is obsessed with Elon Musk and thinks that someday humans will relocate on Mars. He believes that TSLA someday...in 5-10 years...will go to $3000.00 per share. He believes his cars are not cars but "robots on wheels" and all that that implies...if you know what I mean. It is my understanding that companies who do reverse-splits generally do not skyrocket. In fact it may demonstrate a weakness. Personally, I think this is totally unrealistic. Just for fun what do you think TSLA chances are of hitting $3000.00. Please give me a percentage...as an old rock and roll song went "A Million To One". I promise I will just keep it to myself and not quote you! Ha!Ha! Thanks...as usual!

Q: Can you please provide your outlook for Costco in light of their recent reporting. A per your portfolio tracking, it is up 48% in the last year - do you see share price continuing its impressive run? Your company reports has its P/E (at 43) at its near its peak in the last 5 years and P/B is at 12....are these concerning? Can you shed light on how its balance sheet will be situated after the special dividend? Many thanks for your excellent service.
