Q: I'd like to increase investments in industrial, consumer discretion and consumer staples and also increase U.S. holdings.
I'm considering Amazon and COST for consumer names - are there other U.S. names you would recommend in these sectors and please suggest a U.S. industrial as well.

Q: I have held PBH in my cash account for sometime and am up a paltry 6%. I'm considering selling and replacing with either LLY, HD or TRI. Looking for greater growth and willing to take on moderate risk. 3-5 year hold. I know these companies are apples and oranges, but I would appreciate your views on risk and reward for PBH, LLY, HD and TRI and which you would recommend I hold going forward. Thank you.

Q: Dear Peter et al:

Can you give me the names of 3 companies each that fulfill these criteria. I tried to "curate" the list by myself by going through 6 months worth of questions on Energy sector but really couldn't compile a decent selection as the questions exhibited significant variance.

Question # 1.

Mid cap oils (not gas)

Good to great free cash flow

FCF well directed to share buy backs, debt reduction and dividend enhancement.

Solid management
(I know this is subjective but I know that you know the players well!)

Showing good momentum and growth prospects.
You can include a small cap if you think it i soon going to be a mid cap.

Question # 2.

Same criteria but in Large cap oils.

Many thanks.

Q: Can you offer your thoughts on Roku results and its future potential? Increasingly, it looks vulnerable to larger more powerful players and its competitive position and ability to price for value to customers appear to be eroding. Any comments are welcome. It is noteworthy that after an 80% drop it is up 100% this year. It is yet dramatically lower than its peak.

Q: I know you continue to like Nvidia and other Semiconductor names, but don't you think the SemiConductor space is getting a bit Pricey. Given that this space is considered somewhat cyclical, would you wait for some of these stocks to cool down or would you buy Nvidia for example, based on continued momentum.

Thanks
Tim

Q: I am sure glad I have you deciphering financial news for us. Looking at crox latest quaterly results would leave me rather unimpressed, 1.6% revenue growth, considering inflation is not that positive. The year/year results are more positive. but doesn't the latest quarter indicates the trend? The market and consensus seems to prove me wrong in my analysis. Anythng I did not see?
