Q: ZQQ-T (BMO Nasdaq 100 hedged) and XQQ-T (BMO Nasdaq 100 hedged) appears to contain the same tech companies in the same proportion. What difference do you see between the two ? What would be the equivalents on the U.S. market and is it better to buy this type of etf on the Cdian market (hedged) or directly on the U.S. Market ?

Q: Hi,

In the technology sector I definitely have enough CSU, and enough ENGH and OTC. I also own GIB.A and SHOP. I have been wanting to buy KXS, but am wondering with 5 technology positions already owned does it make sense to add KXS? Will I be over diversified if I add KXS?

Q: Hello 5i and we wish all the best in the holidays for you.
We plan to buy a tech stock. We are retired and conservative, although with a certain percentage of some safer growth stocks.

We are impressed that Warren Buffett ventured into the tech field by buying Apple and wonder whether we should follow suit.

But we are also looking at Google and are wondering whether it may have a better future.

We would appreciate your thoughts on which one you think might be the best buy right now.

Q: Good morning Peter and Team,

If you were purchasing today, what stocks and/or ETFs would you buy for each of the TSX eleven sectors? (Consumer Discretionary, Consumer Staples, Energy, Financials, Healthcare, Industrials, Information Technology, Materials, Real Estate, Telecom, and Utilities). Please give at least two choices for each sector.

My daughter-in-law has finally sold her high-MER, low-performing mutual funds, and I have set up a self-directed account for her LIRA, her RRSP, and her TFSA. She is 48 and will probably work till at least 65.

Lot of investors on other sites are saying that Redknee Ceo gave the company away with Pre-ferred shares & warrants to Csu, leaving the rkn investor (like myself) with nothing.
