Q: Up 50% on KXS. Looking to raise cash. Do you see it fully valued with consideration of growth.

Q: One pundit who is long CGI Group, as am I, thinks 2015 is the year this company makes a large takeover which ought to give the stock a big boost. How likely is that and how much cash are they sitting on since they pay no dividend yet seem to have been profitable for many years? I've held this stock since 2013 in US $ which of course has limited the appreciation and I'm wondering if I should continue holding for this possible event or fold sale proceeds into one of the current tech holdings and if the latter, which 1 or 2? Current p/f weight of GIB is 1% and other tech holdings (total 12%) are CSU 4% AYA 3% ESL, MDA, AAPL all 1% and SYZ and AVO 0.5%. I hope you have had a restful week end. Reviewing my portfolio I noticed that I am under-weighted in IT sector (about 3% holding GIB.A), and am thinking to add either CSU or OTC. What do you suggest between them based on risk/reward point of view, or you have other name to suggest for one to two years of holding time? Thanks,

Q: In looking at the most recent results from SYZ it would appear that the stock is trading at 10x sales and an EV/EBITDA of over 25x. Do you not find this expensive for a company that only grew its EBITDA by 15% last year?

Q: SYZ is getting pounded today. would you say further negativity from the most recent earnings report? You mention it was decent and are optimistic about future growth... however, it's down nearly 15% right now. possibly, insiders selling? would you revise forecasts further down given their proximity to Alberta oil.

Q: Given the importance of cyber security this new etf just launched in the us seems like a good place to invest instead of trying to find the right stock. They have 20 stocks in the portfolio including Cisco fire eye Symantec palo networks fortinet. No track record but would you consider it a good bet on cyber security. I am thinking this would be a good place for a percent of my US portfolio.
