Q: If you were me: fully weighted in technology, and had been watching SHOP for quite some time hoping for a pull back entry point, and having owned ENGH for several years, would you sell ENGH to buy SHOP, given that the pull back is "harsh" because of the short report, and that the valuation of ENGH is quite high (40X?). Or sell half and buy half? I am trying to get a sense of the opportunity to buy SHOP ... and not sure how short attacks work, in the short and long term. I know you have said that "shorts" don't give up easily or quickly.

Q: I am thinking about initiating a position in BB. My thinking is that it is kind of standing alone now in the sense that its business is neither dependent upon chip manufacturing nor on monetizing users data, nor on selling hardware. However it does need to perform. What are your thoughts on the most recent quarter and its prospects in general? Thank-you.
Q: Is Shopify dropping due to concerns with facebook, or is it due to the citron report. How low would you expect this business to drop.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: SQ is getting hit hard here along with the rest, but I don't actually see the objective association here. What I mean is I can see why GOOGL gets hit in relation to FB, but is there something specific in SQ that I am missing, or is it just sectoral? Thanks
Q: In your answer to Claudio's question about Nvidia you state that there is a major tech reversal going on right now. What does that mean?
Q: Can I please get your opinion of Pivot's recent results. Thanks!

Q: I was wondering if you have comments on the recent Citron report re: Shop. Any valid concerns in your view?
Q: Hello Peter/5I reserch
Now that Nvidia has suspended self driving cars , what will this mean to the stock price going forward.
Thanks

Q: Your analysis of Micron's results would be appreciated. Thanks.
Q: Hi 5iResearch Team,
Would you please recommend an US ETF that is focused on cloud computing if such an ETF indeed exists.
Cheers

Q: There were a lot of people calling into Jim Kramer (Mad Money) about this market drop - as it is difficult to understand him, he was saying don't average done (basically) wait until the market stabilizes, etc. and when the market does, good stocks (i.e. Fang stocks) would be one of the first to lead the market out of this. There was a rate hike and Trump seemed to be going after a trade war with the Chinese which Kramer seemed to be saying was the cause. Two weeks ago Larry Berman predicted there would be a 20% drop within the next 12 months. How do you see this and what are your recommendations? What is a good ETF for Fang stocks? Thank you Dennis
Q: With Spotify coming public through a DPO vs an IPO, can I get your thoughts on DPO’s vs. IPO's and how they have historically played out?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: Hello team,
Would you kindly give us an update on TDOC? Would you agree that it is an Amazon like company in the healthcare system? Or is that too lofty a description and it may not be able to ramp up its business the same as Amazon has? How is TDOC cash and debt positions now? Do you think that the stock is too expensive? Has the management been shareholder friendly? Are they selling more than buying? Would you think the company would have to dilute shares again to raise money soon? And finally do they have any competitive advantage and can grow organically or do they have to keep buying the competitors?
Would you be a buyer at the current price, after all is said?
Thank you for your great knowledge and assistance!

Q: Mitel is going up and please express your thoughts on it going forward. THANKS
Q: How do you feel about the blackberry and Microsoft partnership, and what does this mean to blackberry? Would you recommend buying BB if one was to look at growth in a tfsa over the next 2-5 years?
Q: With a PE under 10, and a sector with legs, doesn’t MU look like a screaming buy? Morningstar is bearish based on the cyclicality of the sector and prior management missteps. Plus insider action is bearish.
Appreciate your take. Thanks Frank

Q: I ALWAYS ask about only one company at a time in one question. I ask here about two companies only because the two are intertwined.
Confusion lingers over QCOM.us. The uncertainty in my mind is over: QCOM’s long outstanding offer to buy NXP Semi; disputes with major customers (or is it just one customer Apple?) And now a former insider wants to buy out QCOM and his group has not clarified its position on NXPI.
I hold both QCOM.us and NXPI.us. QCOM appears to have a moat in that its products are, for now, allegedly indispensable in many devices. Is QCOM’s moat real?
Which of QCOM and NXPI ---IF EITHER --- would you sell? Your reasons would be much appreciated, thanks.
