Q: Early Oct. RingCentral announced a partnership with Avaya. The stock
gapped up and I sold.

Would like to get back in when it settles. Is this partnership such a big deal?

In your answer to David's question on october 15 you say that Pivot's debt looks OK with a big reduction since 2017. Could you be more specific ?
Also what is the current payout ratio and what metrics do you refer to when you say the stock is very cheap ?
