Q: How would you characterize and rank the respective valuations and growth potentials for these 4 companies? Other suggestions for growth and diversification in an otherwise pipeline, bank, insurance company and telecomm-heavy retirement portfolio?

Q: I invested in SWKS in tax-deferred account for potential gain in 5G (and perhaps 6G in future). I have two concerns: (1) AAPL accounts for a whopping 56% of SWKS revenues (according to Barrons recently). AAPL has the intellectual and financial resources to develop its own chips and thus be less of a hostage. (2) The second concern : SWKS seems to be overvalued now assuming I have the following correct: PEG sky high at 7.8 (ROE healthy at 28). I have been trimming reluctantly but just read in the Q & A that really like SWKS.

Would you agree with my concerns? If they are reasonably well founded, would you now withdraw much of your affection for this business... OR would you take the risk and keep loving her anyway?

Q: Relative to payment methods for the purchase of goods, bank sponsored debit and credit cards employ intermediaries such as VISA or Master Card.
This appears to be increasingly disrupted by tech companies that are not financial companies themselves, however I understand, have a bank in the background.
My question is: If I own VISA should I also consider owning PAYPAL or other to take advantage of the tech side of things thus giving my self a barbell approach? This is not a question on VISA or PAYPAL but on the benefits of investing in the new entities that seem to be appearing in the financial payment system.

Q: Which stock i.e MKSI, UCTT, or ICHR would be a good replacement for PHO, with the similar characteristics of growth, risk, etc. If you have other preferences, please list them also with similar growth and risk.

Q: Hi,

Can you compare and contrast AT vs WISH? I realize WISH would be considered much riskier due to market cap and and even length of time being a public company.

But I am interested to know if one has a competitive advantage over the other, are expected growth rates for next several years are substantially different between the two.

Would it be too much overlap to have small positions in both companies?

Q: MKS is buying PHO. Would it make sense to buy MKS? Would the growth/risk/balance sheet be similar? What are the differences? Would you recommend a purchase of MKS or would you choose another company? If so, which one(s)?
