Q: With tdoc acquiring lvgo what is the best way to possibly play this merger would it be to buy tdoc which took a big haircut today and will both continue to trade or will lvgo eventually morph into a possible new company under tdoc with the big drop in tdoc would you buy now or wait for more details and the dust to settle
Thanks Greg

Q: It looks like the market likes the announced sale of Tucows TING mobile to DISH and the technology partnership between the two companies. I would love to hear your perspective with regards to what this deal means to Tucows long term.
- how big is TING mobile vs Ting Fiber vs Domain Names to the overall Tucows business?
- I thought Fiber was their future....does the partnership with DISH create new opportunities in mobile (either through technology partnerships with other mobile companies, or a large opportunity to grow with DISH)) for new avenues of growth or does it solve a problem they had with mobile that will allow them to focus more on their fiber business?
- I know nothing about DISH - are they a valuable partner?
- is TC a buy in your opinion?

Any colour you may add to this would be most welcome.

Cheers
Scott

Q: Can you provide me with the sectors that 5i would put these stocks in. In your Growth portfolio you have SHOP in IT, but I was thinking it is more Consumer Disc, the same as AMZN.

Q: Hi 5i team,
I own MSFT and am following a potential TikTok deal. You mentioned in an answer that you think the odds of a deal are now lower, but anything is possible. That does not sound like high odds. Is that because Trump is looking for a payment to the Treasury for what he views as brokering a deal. Is this legal or does it matter with him? Or are there other reasons for lower odds. How would you place the odds at this point? It seems to have been awhile since MSFT was active in the M&A space.
Thanks again.
Dave
