Q: Hi Guys,

Recently Jason Donnville wrote about Pivot Technologies in his ROE Reporter and had this to say:

"Pivot Technologies (TSX:PTG) – Benefits from a new management team which has significantly cleaned up the business and shored up the balance sheet. Pivot is a player in the edge computing market which benefits from some of the strongest secular tailwinds in the sector. Investors also get a large dividend along
the way. "

Any thoughts ? Thank you !!

Dave

Q: Hello,
For a TFSA with a long term horizon (5+ years) would you please rank these companies, keeping in mind their current valuation?
Also, are there any that you would shy away from/not consider?
Thanks for your help

Q: Wondering if you are doing any assessment on DND for maybe a portfolio position or further recommendation? An analyst started coverage with an $18. In doing some research on them they noted: The Company intends to pay an annual dividend on its Shares, initially at a rate of $0.075 per share. While this is subject to board approval and nothing is guaranteed would you view this as a strong signal of the company growth plans if one has a 5+ year time horizon?

Q: More of a comment - I too was wondering what was causing the move in DCBO and an analyst report at TD pointed out in their MD&A they noted the below which will likely contribute to further revenue growth in the coming quarter as the customer ramps.

Subsequent Event
Subsequent to quarter end, Docebo added a new customer that is expected to be one of Docebo’s larger customers.

Q: Have been following this stock for awhile and noticed that they issued a lot of shares at $6.50 shortly after the short attack. Their shares have since drifted down to $5.21 well under the offering price? Why would anyone buy at the offering price? I know warrants are attached to the offering. Expiry is August 27 th.
Can you help me understand this process. I dont get the logic of it?? Is short selling having some bearing on stocks performance?
I would have thought that under normal circumstances that the shares would have held at or around $6.50?

Please enlighten me
Thanks John

Q: It appears that a potential US ban on TikTok, and MSFT's pursuit of TikTok, have impacted FSLY's recent share price because TikTok is such a large customer of theirs. Are there other factors driving down its market price at the moment? In light of all these factors do you rate FSLY sell, hold or buy at its current price for a 3-5 year horizon? I am not concerned about diversification or risk exposure in the rest of my portfolio. Thanks.
